I've been traveling for over a year and have used wash-and-fold services all up and down the east coast. I have never encountered anyone as disorganized, unprofessional, or misleading as this business owner--who even claimed to own several locations. Also, don't believe the posted business hours. She closed at 11 a.m. on the first day and 10 a.m. the next. She mentioned she has another job--real estate, I believe--and is only at the shop for a couple of hours each day. She didn't even start my order until the very morning I was supposed to pick it up. I mistakenly came a little early and she sitting there to the side (not the business counter) Looks at me says. "It's not done, I SAID 10!" What can you really say at that point, she has your clothes????
