She closed at 11 a.m. on the first day and 10 a.m. the next. She mentioned she has another job--real estate, I believe--and is only at the shop for a couple of hours each day. She didn't even start my order until the very morning I was supposed to pick it up. I mistakenly came a little early and she sitting there to the side (not the business counter) Looks at me says. "It's not done, I SAID 10!" What can you really say at that point, she has your clothes???? Working. If you can call it that. the other lady happened to tell me that the reason I didn't have enough water as I overloaded it, I did not. Because those small load washers are made for my load of towels according to every other washing machine in Escambia County, and then she told me she couldn't do anything about it. I was just sol & out the money. Oh, and then she also informed, none of the washing machines actually have hot water. You have to run them on warm. I'm a little bit pissed off. Update. I just took my clothes out of the washer. It bleached half the load irreparably. Because it didn't have enough water in.
