Very nice laundromat and in a decent area. It's adjacent to a crossfit gym. Inside is nicely lit, clean and it was quiet. The have a change machine which is convenient. The desk sells laundry supplies. There's enough sitting space and arcade games for three kiddos. They also have flat screen TVs. Different types of washers- front loading, top loading, heavy duty size. 2 different size of dryers. They recommend using a small amount of liquid soap. I didn't like that because I'm used to seeing bubbles during the wash but the clothes smelt fine when they came out. The small size washers was $4.50 the larger one was $6.50 and the dryers you added how many quarters you needed to get your desired time. There was buggies and tables for folding your clothes. They also had snacks, magazine rack, rental tennis balls for drying and they could service you by doing your laundry

Easy to use and have a machine card like a arcade to add money. Does not need a thousand quarters!

Best laundromat around base! Clean, roomy, and conveniently located next to a dry cleaner. Just wished they opened for more hours.

When I tell you this is hands down the CLEANEST laundromat I have ever been to, I mean it! The…read morecustomer service is absolutely impeccable! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The two gentlemen working there clearly take pride in what they do. They were helping customers bring in their laundry, wiping down and cleaning machines immediately after use, and making sure the entire place stayed spotless. It's rare these days to see people take such genuine pride in their work and care about the customer experience. These gentlemen deserve recognition! If you're ever in Pensacola and need a laundromat, I HIGHLY recommend Emerald Waves Laundry! Clean facilities, outstanding service, and employees who genuinely care. Five stars all the way!

And I'm so glad! It's been forever since I needed a laundromat, but this one is staffed and Bo is so helpful! He pointed me to the larger washers to save some money and showed me where everything goes (on top) and they have a coin dispenser in the back that issues $5 in quarters at a time so you don't get $20 or you can dl the app and pay through the app. I ended up going back the next day and found the same nice place, but Sundays are quite a bit busier than Saturday nights. The washers and dryers are offered in 3 sizes. They appear to be clean and the facility was very clean and there was no feeling like someone would steal my money if I turn away. I left 15 on top of the washer and a lady went and got a worker to secure my money. Everyone was really friendly. They remember faces and pick up conversations where they left off during their last visit. Definitely recommend this laundromat.

I was told it would be 1 week, no problem. Went back in 1 week & they were not done. Not only not done, they were not even started & I had to return the next day! Apparently wadding them up & putting them in a pile doesn't jog their memory to get to them by the promised date. $17/pair too! Okay, fair enough. We're all human & make mistakes. 2 weeks before the hurricane hit, I took in a sport coat to be taken in (thank God for my weight loss!) & I was told it would be 2 weeks. Sure, lots to alter, they're busy, no problem. I waited 2 weeks + 2 days to pick up my coat. I thought with the hurricane that a couple of extra days may be needed, even though it hit almost 12 days after taking the coat to Julie's. When I get there, they had not even started on it. They were lucky to even find it, still pinned with the necessary alterations. I had to return, once again, the next day. That makes 2 orders that were not filled by the date I was told, nor even a call to say they were behind. The coat was $54 w/tax for the alterations. I don't know if this is a good value or not, but I'm leaning towards the slightly expensive side. I'm not military as my clothes were all civilian clothes & the military seems to be their main customer, but still, to forget to complete 2 separate orders within a month of each other, not to tell/call me ahead of time & make me drive 20+ minutes one-way to find out, well, that's not good customer service, not at all. And to top it off, they didn't even offer a discount on either order! The pants jobs were fine, but the sport coat could have been better. I will be finding a different alterations shop as they don't "cut" it. (bad pun?) I won't be fooled a third time.
