They called him a few days later and told him they needed to order a part and that he would need to come and pay them cash. They took almost $500 cash from my father for repairs, diagnostics and pickup/delivery. 5 weeks went by and they continued to tell my father the part did not come in, he would call every other day. So finally he asked me to help him. I did some checking on this company and found they had an F rating with the BBB for what appeared to be similar complaints and they are operating without a business license. I took my father to the store, a county police officer met us there. He told all three of us, it would be delivered that day by 5:30. It never came, another week went by, so we returned to the store with one police officer, a police sergeant and an investigator for the county. My Dad's television was in pieces and still would not turn on. The cops told the owner to put it back together, we returned two hours later and picked up the television. We took him to court, but the owner never showed up so we won the case. We have not been able to collect the money.
