Mean while I have a pissed off home owner and this is making my business look bad and I have employees sitting around doing nothing because of no stone. I get a call about 10 am Friday saying the stone is on its way to them from Alabama and once its delivered to them then they will load there truck and send it to me about noon time . This is the worst company and if you use them it will ruin your business so stay away, I have tried two time to get a manager to call me and the home owner but they refuse to. Very poor company to deal with STAY AWAY

If you want someone who starts off nice, rushes you out the door, and then turns into a tyrant…read morewhile holding your laundry hostage--this is the place for you. Expect to hear phrases like: "Didn't we discuss this?" "I said..." "Didn't you get my message?" --all because you dared to confirm your pickup after being told one thing in person, only to see something completely different in the text, email, or receipt. If you enjoy being overcharged, paying for services you didn't receive, refolding your own laundry, and discovering your clothes have shrunk ---again--look no further. I've been traveling for over a year and have used wash-and-fold services all up and down the east coast. I have never encountered anyone as disorganized, unprofessional, or misleading as this business owner--who even claimed to own several locations. Also, don't believe the posted business hours. She closed at 11 a.m. on the first day and 10 a.m. the next. She mentioned she has another job--real estate, I believe--and is only at the shop for a couple of hours each day. She didn't even start my order until the very morning I was supposed to pick it up. I mistakenly came a little early and she sitting there to the side (not the business counter) Looks at me says. "It's not done, I SAID 10!" What can you really say at that point, she has your clothes???? EDIT: my clothing has that burnt dryer smell - highly the request of low heat was followed- As I said above not my first time using a wash / fold service, I know how things are suppose to be done

It's nice on the inside--apparently remodeled with new washers and dryers. Very clean inside. Nice safe location. They have the coin option or also the app/credit card route as well which I feel is good for the new and old school laundry goers. Only issue is the first time we used it for our towels, the dryer took 2 rounds and we had to split up our load. Our second time we started with splitting the load of towels in the dryers.

They agreed that the stains were not there when the shirts were dropped off and said they would make it right. A week and a half past and they called and told me my shirts were ready. I went down to pick them up and they were still three shirts that were very badly damaged. They agreed to try to clean them one more time and promised that they would reimburse me for my shirts if they could not get them corrected. Another week and a half went by and they called to tell me my shirts were ready again. I went down to pick up the shirts this time and one of them still had A very bad ink stain in the chest and the other one still had a little on the arm. I was willing to except the one with a little bit on the sleeve but the one with Ink in the middle of the chest is totally ruined. This company has refused to stand by anything or even give me the owner's phone number so I could talk to him about the issue? If you're thinking about taking your clothes to this location I would suggest thinking again
