They also showed compassion and found us the most economical yet expedient shipping options. i went there to print and scan but i must confess that i was extremely disappointed either way the service. the woman there was so unfriendly and not very nice. she has a cute dog that would not stop barking at everyone that came in for service, drop off or print and believe me i am a dog lover but it was a little annoying having a fog constantly barking and very loud. she also wanted to over charge by $16!! thankfully i counted the amount of copies. i really wanted to like this place as its so close to my condo but with the unintentional overcharge, her unkindness and unfriendliness, i prefer to drive further to shipshop who are much more friendlier, honest and nicer. so No! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, and if she is the owner, which i doubt, then, they need someone better at the counter read more

I'm late in giving this review. On March 16, 2023, I sent my husband to mail a package. Technologically challenged, he didn't know how to find the label online. However, "Casey" not only got the info from me, she performed the whole transaction! Now that, that is "outstanding" customer service, something that is missing in a lot of organizations! It's a pleasure to see an employee who is more than happy to help a customer. Casey is an asset and should be rewarded, because customers are attracted to perky, pleasant, personnel. Understand their disclaimer but find them to be unprofessional. Customer service was very rude and appears my shipment didn't even make it into the FEDEX system. Owner accepted the package and argued with my spouses Label wasn't the best and he shouldn't have accepted and now I'm out $200. Do not recommend and will never go back. read more

Andy was patient, checked each and every page for accuracy, noticed that the top had been cut off of a document - reprinted and then took care of the signing. When it comes to your mailing, fingerprinting, notary and other office administrative needs no one in the area compares to PakMail. We are consistently surprised at how PakMail goes above and beyond to meet their customers needs. When others wouldn't help with much needed fingerprinting services at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic they were there for us and eager to make our lives better by offering services others were scared to provide. Just today the owner assisted us with mailing a package to an eBay buyer. This was our first time doing this and they were so helpful and took the time to make our package look professional. This is a neighborhood pak mail shipping business and I WAS a frequent customer. I had the male owner email me important documents on Monday Jan 14. I was notified the next day by the recipient, that the documents never were received. I went back to them on Friday Jan 18, 2019 (with the receipt) and the owner/wife, and her daughter (?) who was very pregnant were there. I told them the documents that the male/owner scanned/emailed for me on Monday never made it and could they fax it this time? (This was the 2nd time I had them email for me and it never arrived.) There was little friendliness in the ladies' faces, barely a greeting. The younger lady just took my documents and faxed them and PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE EMAILED DOCUMENTS )that never arrived!) AND THE NEW FAXED ONES AND asked me to pay $6. I am not a confrontational person, but I balked and said in disbelief, "I am a good customer, you really want to charge me AGAIN? I had to come all the way back here!" I was met with blank faces and they calmly took my money and literally did not care a bit that I was unhappy about their service. The older lady (owner) did not actually speak a word to me. I let them know (calmly) that I would not be coming back. Here's the kicker.... as I walked out and turned the corner, the younger lady called out to me sarcastically, "I hope you have a good day... or at least better than the one you are having so far!" I was shocked that a business owner could so coldly mock the customer. It's a whole new ballgame since Mike and Heidi sold to these rude people. I will never step foot in their again. I am a retired officer and work in the VA now and will be spreading my message of "go elsewhere" as far and wide as I possibly can. read more
