People that work there are always in terrible moods and they charge a ridiculous amount for packaging and over priced boxes. They quoted me $150 to send something which included a $45 fee for packaging and THEN after I brought it back boxed up myself they still charged me $157 and said there was an extra $40 handling fee!!!! read more

Left me high and dry in the pouring rain. Their credit card machines were down so they were only accepting cash. I needed three documents notarized which cost $10 each and I only had a $20 bill. I told him I only had $20 but needed 3 docs signed and I asked if they'd be kind enough to do a buy two get one free since their credit card machines were down. He took my documents, signed two of them, completely ignored the third doc, and unapologetically handed them all back to me and took my $20. Idk about all these "great customer service" reviews on here about this store because I definitely didn't see it. It was pouring rain out. I'm new to the area and I had to find another company to sign my third doc. I need docs notarized regularly and this UPS would have been my spot but needless to say I will be sticking with the other company down the block that was very welcoming. read more

Friendly, helpful and fast. We needed a notary asap. We called the store, and the friendly voice on the other end of the line said, "we have a notary here at all hours we are open". So convenient. Its helpful to know they are located in front of Publix, in the building by the street. Our map showed them closer to Walmart, which is a little confusing. read more

This business has cost me due to overriding my instructions for a print job on business cards. They refused to print my file to a business card as I directed. They had a designer make changes that I told them to not make. Then they charged me for the designers work on top of the charge for the cards. Her meddling and trying out new designs cost me precious time. I left the country for work there following day after getting the printed cards. I was gone for several months & used the cards anyway for some of my contacts. After a year, the few people who have bothered to tell me or who were able to get a hold of me informed me that the letters exotic font caused them to type in the address wrong. This was not only a waste off my time and money, but for the business too! Just avoid them altogether, but if you're unable, shew away that designer they have on staff. Business print is an investment, if it antagonizes your efforts, it is corporate sabotage. Be aware. Take the time to go into town. read more

I dropped off a package that was less than a pound and very, very small on a Wednesday afternoon and I specifically asked about a package being delivered by Father's Day and the clerk stated that if I needed it to be there on Father's Day that I needed to pay $42 for 2nd Day Express. He stated that it would arrive on Friday. I asked if it would be better to go to Fedex because they deliver on Saturday. He said this is so small, it will not be an issue arriving on Friday. This small package arrived on Monday evening-not on Friday and much to my disappointment as this was a gift. I called the UPS store (repeatedly) and they said they couldn't guarantee anything with the COVID pandemic (oddly enough, he DID guarantee it when he took my $42). The package actually left the UPS store over 24 hours after I had dropped it off. I called the owner repeatedly and he still has not called me back. I rec'd a nasty email stating that he would not refund anything. DO NOT USE THE NICEVILLE UPS STORE. They are misleading and make false commitments. This is not the first time I have had issues with this store. This is the first time I want to let people know. read more
