As I was leaving, another employee made a sarcastic comment about people needing to stick to their appointment times instead of asking to be seen early. I had simply asked a question and immediately accepted the answer. The comment was unnecessary and left me with the impression that customers are viewed as inconveniences rather than people seeking assistance.

We don't know what they're called per se but My husband is hard of hearing and she asked what kind of document is it. He didn't hear her the first time but he was proceeding to get the paperwork out so he could show it to her. So then she asked again. He asked, does it matter? Which at that point she said I'm done you're done you're being an ass get out of my store. So now she's calling customers names too. Which, if she had bothered, first of all, he doesn't know that it matters what kind of document is, and also there were other people around, and he did not want other people to know his business of what the documents were and things like that, so there's really no privacy or anything either. After she asked, and he didn't answer right away, she was immediately having an attitude and then obviously just proceeded from there. Deal with actual rude customers at my job all the time and I still have to serve them and be polite so apparently at this location, basic human decency is just not a thing.
