They don't answer the phone, you have to leave a message and hope that they return your call. Terrible customer service!

Are you getting something notarized? Don't go here. The Assistant Manager, who also conducts the notarization, is terrible. I went in and politely asked to get something notarized. He grabbed the papers, and starting holding them up to the light asking if I faxed or printed them. After telling him they were printed and signed, he set them down and grabbed an eraser - started scrubbing the writing to see if the other notary used an "erasable pen" because if she did he wouldn't notarize the papers. At this point, I simply said "I'm not sure. But I went into a professional notary to get it done, so I assume she didn't if that's not supposed to be done." He started escalating, and said "ALL notaries are professionals!! And I can't sign this if it was done with erasable pen!!" I asked if he wanted me to call the notary and he said "if you want to go ahead!!".. as if I was the one unsure about the pen in the first place. Long story short, I asked why he was being rude, because at this point I was so confused as to why he was getting so heated - and he told me he wouldn't sign my papers (and that he had the Legal right to decline my business), and to have a nice day. After leaving totally confused, upset, and pissed off, we talked with the other notary, who was totally flabbergasted by this behavior. He should know from his "extensive notary training" that it's not his job to critique the other notary in the paperwork, nor would he be held liable for this - WORST case they would be nullified and I'd have to re-notarize. Again not his problem, he was just a TOTAL power trip weirdo. He could have literally just told me that he wouldn't recommend notarizing until I confirmed the pen wasn't erasable, and I would have appreciated the observation. Spare yourself the same experience and find a mobile notary, or go to another location. Oh and btw, she confirmed she didn't use erasable pen. read more

Upon arrival today the store only had one active register Although we had to wait a bit it was pleasant and Tge clerk Julie was patient professional and took her time with the customers ahead of us and us! read more

So impressed. It's right before Christmas and I had problems with getting my return shipping label to print. Kayyh, the polite, friendly ( yes friendly, right before Christmas) and helpful young lady made it happen. She took care of it all and made me feel welcome in the process. I don't know what they are paying her, but she deserves a raise. She makes this UPS store a keeper. read more

This UPS store is far superior to any/all competitors. Not only are they dog-friendly, but they are user-friendly as well...no matter what kind of dilemma I have when trying to return items they find a way (a cheap way) to make it happen. For example, I had to return something that was originally shipped via FedEx, but the FedEx drop location I went to (twice) couldn't help me so I decided to go to my preferred UPS store & they took care of it for me (took the FedEx box and all). Shout out to Jennifer! Friendly, quick, helpful, and they give my dog pats when it's not busy. 10/10. read more

All of the workers are so friendly and helpful! They make the shipping process so quick and easy. I love this location. I've been there many times since I'm an avid shopper on Amazon and am always returning things, and whoever is at the counter is always very pleasant and they tape up my boxes for me and send them out so quickly. I've never had a bad experience so I'm not sure what that other person is talking about. read more

Scammers. I was charged almost $100 to send a small package to a foreign country to which I agreed with a guaranteed delivery date. I tracked the package as well as recipient anxiously for delivery since it was a birthday gift. On delivery day, a few minutes before close of the business day, UPS posted that the driver attempted delivery and nobody was home. NOT TRUE. The residence has camera survellience and there was no attempt. I called UPS and they assured me they would deliver on Saturday. Did not happen. They waited until Monday and then did not refund me as promised. I called the UPS Customer service and was on hold for over 1 hour on 2 separate occasions and they referred me back to the Crestview office and Crestview office referred me back to the main office. A complete run-around. Lesson learned. Do a chargeback and spread the word that they are awful. BTW, an agent in the main office told me drivers do that all the time. read more

I've been using this store for years . Never had an issue with the cashiers until the manager started working the front more often and also hired a few new people . I used to be able to send emails to the store, for items I needed printed , and all would be well. I would only need a packing label printed . I would show up, possibly pay a nominal paper fee, and on my way. A few instances in between, I would be completely overcharged by some new kid, I'm talking $2 for one label being printed out . I stopped going here and only recently started going back thinking they got their store together ... nope. Now, I can't email them anything I need printed . They make you use their store computer which requires a swiped debit card affixed to the computer... and charges you for every minute you're on it and THEN ALSO charges for the paper you use .... This is the ONLY location in the 850 area code that pulls this money mongering stunt . Fort Walton beach now gets most of my services because they don't do any of that . And it's free to have them print from the shop email :) read more

The guy that works there who is the so called manager is a charlatan and ripped me off twice. When I went there to purchase a stamp. It was supposed to be $0.78 so when I gave have $0.78 he lied and said I didn't give him enough change. So I counted out $0.78 again and he lied again and still asked for more change. So I gave him more change and I shouldn't have. He was in the wrong, I won't ever allow anyone to treat me like this again. I will never return there again. read more
