I will never step foot into this UPS store again. Horrendous customer service. As a frequent online shopper, I'm typically at a UPs store 2-3x a week. So I'm familiar with the level of service they are supposed to provide. It was my first time at this store in Destin. I'm simply dropping off a small amazon package with a pre-paid label I printed at my house. All taped up. Ready to go. I noticed it needed a little extra tape on the paper label itself. I asked If the lady could cover the label with a little tape. We're talking 2 inches. She lectures me & says I could buy some! Umm I understand the nature of upselling the customer. But I'm bringing in a package already pre-taped, pre-boxed, with label. Good to go. Isn't the ups store all about, just bring it in and we'll box and tape it for you? This is the only franchise location that would charge a customer for 2 inches of tape. read more

Wish I could give them more stars! Props to this store! We left a fragile item in our condo room we had stayed at, the ups store was so awesome in shipping this back to us. They made sure it was highly wrapped, secured and labeled. Item was safe when received! So stress free and the employees we spoke with on the phone were awesome!!! read more

So, I've unfortunately needed the services of this store several times in the past week. The staff are the rudest of any I've ever encountered. They seem like they are zonked out on drugs of some sort. They are totally unresponsive to questions or any type of verbal communication. I witnessed today an elderly military vet simply asking it a military discount was offered. She respectfully asked four times while two staff members were standing directly in front of her. FOUR TIMES! No one responded to her. This is a simple yes or no question. After I spoke up, respectfully, and asked why they refused to answer the customers question, a manager came running up from the back of the store to assist the customer. Still, no verbal response from either of the other two staffers, only glares of disgust. I hope I never need to rely on the services from this store again. FedEx all the way from her. read more

Rude! The store manager is an African American who thinks it's ok to be rude to you if you are white. If you call her out on her rude behavior she will refuse to serve you. I left and went to the UPS location near Buffalo Jacks and will give those owners, they also own the location at Grand Boulevard, all of my future business! There are several complaints about this individual on social media and yet she remains at the store. Unbelievable! I wonder how much business she costs this location, not to mention sullying the reputation of UPS stores in general. My next complaint will be to the corporate office so they know how this franchise location handles business. I called to complain to the owner, Maryam, but she can't be located until the third week in June...this is the first week in June. No wonder this store is so horrible! Not much too say. Staff was friendly and I was in and out pretty quickly. Conviently located next to Winn Dixie. Even on vacation the real world doesn't stop so you have to take care of your stuff. Good to always know where a mailing center is! read more
