I will never step foot into this UPS store again. Horrendous customer service. As a frequent online…read moreshopper, I'm typically at a UPs store 2-3x a week. So I'm familiar with the level of service they are supposed to provide. It was my first time at this store in Destin. I'm simply dropping off a small amazon package with a pre-paid label I printed at my house. All taped up. Ready to go. I noticed it needed a little extra tape on the paper label itself. I asked If the lady could cover the label with a little tape. We're talking 2 inches. She lectures me & says I could buy some! Umm I understand the nature of upselling the customer. But I'm bringing in a package already pre-taped, pre-boxed, with label. Good to go. Isn't the ups store all about, just bring it in and we'll box and tape it for you? This is the only franchise location that would charge a customer for 2 inches of tape.
