In the intervening 8 years, we have returned to TLS and have always received the same top-rated, excellent, professional, and efficient service. Same was true this week when we dropped off some items. Same 5-stars for congenial, friendly, polite attendant, Maria who served us. By the end of the day I received a text indicating that our items were ready. We picked them up clean, fresh, folded, wrapped in protective plastic....and at a very reasonable price. 5 again...for sure. read more

The woman put a note on the garment to rush it for no charge, and I especially liked that they sent me a text as soon as my garment was ready for pickup, that really made it easier for me. When you travel for work establishments like this keep everything clean and smelling good. With the heat and humidity here ones work clothes don't stand a chance, two weeks here two bags of clothes. We decided to find a laundromat to get some laundry done before heading home. The first place we found we didn't dare go in so I searched and found this one on Yelp, the star rating was higher than others so we went here instead. Was not disappointed! On a 3-week driving trip. Needed 1-day turn-around laundry service. Delivered laundry for both wash-and-fold and shirt ironing service at 8:15 a.m. Asked for return by 4:00 p.m. and was told that would be an extra 50%. Didn't expect that -- website says plus 25%. I paid it, and service was done properly. Also received 10% veterans discount. read more

The machines are so small that I could barely fit the clothes I had in, and I had to use two machines ~ I was washing one full size sheet, two pillowcases, one lightweight medium size blanket, and a couple of jeans and shirts. Every other laundromat I have gone to has machines large enough to handle this type of load, however, because I had to use two machines at this laundromat, they made twice the money. The loads are also priced at $4.00 per machine, which is also high, compared to other places. And, after using my credit card to pay for each of the washing machines and one large dryer, I found when I checked my bank statement that I was charged not $4.00 but $5.00 for each machine. That is outrageous, and if their excuse is that there's a fee for paying with a card, then they need to post that information on the machines. However, my guess is that they are just greedy. And, this opinion was also reinforced when I had to buy a dixie cup sized cup of detergent, which cost $1.00. The attendant was also unfriendly, and the bathroom door was marked "staff only" ~ just one more thing to show their concern for their customers. I will never, ever use this laundromat again, and I hope others will also find a more reasonable and courteous place to wash their clothes. read more

The staff is helpful and kind, and their facility is clean and can easily handle two weeks worth of cat bedding! We couldn't get by without their assistance. read more

Went here to get my queen comforter cleaned and the service was great. Had it cleaned by the end of the day. Pricing was cheap. Cheaper than some other places. Will definitely be coming back. read more

RUINED!!! We are new to town and were looking for a dry cleaners. After reading reviews online my wife decided on FWB Total Laundry Services. Upon her arrival, my wife encountered a very rude young lady that was not at all helpful and ended up charging us for 17 items when we only dropped off 13. When I went in to pick up the dry cleaning I discovered our faux mink throw was ruined because they laundered it instead of dry cleaning it. I left the throw and contacted Management, they said they would look into it and get back to me and never did. My next step will be to lodge a complaint with the BBB. read more

This was a very, very much needed stop on a long road-trip. Friendly staff, clean facility and modern appliances. Variable sized washers and dryers helped me get the job done really fast. Only complaint was that you can't buy supplies onsite. There's a grocery store in the strip-mall so it's not exactly a big deal but still. There are also several places to eat in the same strip-mall which made this a great choice. read more

Have used this dry cleaners many times before with no problems until now. Brought a very expensive shirt to them, which said dry clean only. 100% silk. They absolutely ruined this shirt. Holes in the shirt, threads coming out, elastic messed up. Completely lost the "silk" feel. When brought to the attention of the owner, he claimed they would "re-dryclean" it. So they did, which returned it to somewhat better looking, but NOTHING like the way I bought it. When this was again brought to the attention of the owner, he blamed it on the manufacturer and refuses to take responsibility for damaging my very expensive shirt. He also sent a very rude e-mail back to us blaming anyone but his company. The shirt is from a well known and reputable company that I do not believe would allow their fabric to have holes in it if dry cleaned. Will NEVER use this company again for the rudeness we encountered and for the lack of care for my items. read more

I was welcomed with a warm greeting and eager to please atmosphere. I was informed they are under new ownership and the helpful staff spoke English which is a huge plus for me and were on top of my every need. The facility was well kept and service was prompt. Got there as the doors opened. Was able to get my wash in 2 washers before the staff filled the others up. They do commercial laundry for several hotels/condos and also drop off service. There are only 6 top loaders and 4 front loaders. The price is $2 each. The area is clean by very cluttered with huge blue carts for the commercial laundry. Need to have washers for commercial in another area or do it on off hours. read more

I do my family's laundry there twice a week. I love that the machines are clean and the cost is reasonable. The attendant there is friendly and always available to help with any questions. I've recommended this location and their Destin location to many. :) Happy washing! read more

After almost 2 months of trying to get a hold of manager, Steve, I still have no response from the management team or replacement for my shirts damaged in dry cleaning. They are not $300 silk shirts that someone else had damaged, but still. I'd expect more from a business with multiple locations and glowing reviews. read more

Dropped off 3 quilts and a large blanket on Tuesday. Amazing 24 hour service. The quilts which were expensive, were cleaned very carefully, and look amazing. Prices are unbeatable. The young woman (sorry I did not get her name), was so pleasant and helpful. Would definitely use them again. read more

Nice place. I like how clean it is and they have fast service. There's one girl I always see in there that is so friendly and helpful. One day I called to see how long it would take to have my shirt dry cleaned and she told me as long as I brought it in by 5 I could pick it up the next day after 5. I wasn't expecting that, I figured in a busy place like this it would be at least 2-3 days. After trying a few places around this one is definitely my favorite. read more

The employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had items for their drop off service and long story short did not wish to follow through with the services I was told would be provided. She literally picked one of my items up and said I'm not even going to sort the clothes, I just throw them in the washer how you bring them in. As I can "just throw my clothes in a washer" I took my items back and will be taking my money and my business elsewhere. read more
