Laundry machines are fine. $7 for one wash and $4 for trying 28 minutes. What alarmed me was this is not a kid friendly atmosphere. The TV is blasting inappropriate twerking music with the music videos of the 3/4 naked girls. Not a safe environment for our adult minds or kids. read more

We are staying at Grayton Beach campground and needed to do some laundry. The machines at the campground were out of order. First visit and we were pleasantly impressed with all aspects of the facility We were greeted by Vandy who immediately helped us with all our questions. She suggested the app associated with the facility so you don't have to use all your quarters but could use a credit card. This was very helpful. They have three sizes of washers and dryers. In from out of town and staying in the area for a few months. Came to this establishment on a Sunday to "catch up" on laundry. The place was clean, prices were what they are in this market, and the fact it was clean, bright, and had people on staff made it a lovely experience. I truly had no complaints except I am giving 4 stars for only one reason. I believe you should be just as friendly with all of your guests. Attendants were helpful to everyone and were never rude or dismissive. I just would prefer everyone was treated with the same level of care and inquiry I was. Otherwise I highly recommend. read more

Never coming here again...there is a cleaning company from a rental management company in here doing laundry and they have emptied all the dirty towels onto the clean table (where you fold clean laundry) to inspect the dirty towels and then putting all the dirty non-washed towels into the clean rolling baskets. And the attendant and a patron are screaming at each other because a washer was over-filled. It's pretty hostile in here and will nerve come back. Will be going to Destin for any washing needs that I may have in the future. read more

This was the cleanest laundromat I've even been to. We are camping at Toosail, and I was able to get a weeks worth of laundry in one of their large washers and dryers, and probably could have fit more in! Also, they cleaned out the washers and dryers after use. Super nice staff as a bonus! read more

I've experienced a wide variety of laundry facilities over the years, and this is hands down the most well taken care of laundromat I've ever been in. In town while traveling, I found this gem and thankfully so! I noticed the security cameras on the ceiling and found it comforting. I had to step out and take a lengthy phone call, so it was relieving to know my stuff was being watched. I also appreciate people who take the best care and ownership of there business. It shows! When I'm back in town I'll definitely be a return customer. read more

1/28/22 at 12:20 pm: Horrible, horrible experience! The laundry attendant was absolutely rude. Literally, we walked in with a bag of laundry and two dog beds. She came over and told us "NO". No dog beds and pointed to sign saying there was a $50 fee. We said okay and that we had never seen that before. That was the extent of the exchange we had with her. She pulled up the sign and pointed it to us. Then we decided with her rude behavior that we were going to leave. Not being familiar with the area, we asked another patron if there was another facility nearby. She then said she would call 911. Seriously? Never, ever had an exchange like this with anyone, ever. We didn't even say anything to her except ok - we didn't know and he never heard of a ban on dog beds. The policy, while not common, was not the issue. It was the insane way she spoke to us and treated us. We left after being in the space less than 2 minutes as we did not want any further interaction with her. Please address your employee. I can't imagine this is the first complaint. Something is wrong with her. Response to owner: It's obvious you did not review any video. Feedback is critical to a successful business. We did nothing wrong nor did we respond (other than leaving) to your rude employee. Policies are fine. But the way your employee treated us was the issue. read more

This facility is unlike your typical laundromat. This place is amazing, well lit, super clean, attendant on premises, with clean bathrooms not that anyone expects to have to use that at this type of facility! I advise that you go to Google reviews and read all of the 1 star reviews on this location. The owner and his staff are horrible at customer service and have berated customers on their reviews. They called the cops and had me permanently trespassed due to one disgruntled employee feeling as if I over filled a washer. I had been using this establishment for 4 years until this happened. This business has not changed much since our last visit. Sadly, the friendly owners had stepped out for a break, but the support staff maintained standards impeccably. I was most impressed to see the staff disinfecting the folding tables with a natural based cleaner (thank you!) and wiping down the soap dispenser areas of the machines. When a small mystery spill was reported, the staff was very fast to respond and remedy the potential hazard (and with a smile!). Be sure to call for updated hours and cleansing/drying cycle prices, all of which are reasonable but have changed since the original post. We have not been to a laundromat in a very long time. We had to clean some comforters and numerous towels so I searched online for a laundry nearby...a nice lady answered the phone and encouraged me to stop by...everyone was so helpful...Abbye was especially helpful and so positive and friendly! She saw me trying to figure out how to get my numerous towels to the car. (I did 9 loads) Abbye offered me some plastic bags. She was a life saver. She even opened up the bags so they were ready for the folded towels. I will definitely be returning to Klean Wash! read more

I went to Klean Wash yesterday with every intention of washing a king comforter and mattress pad myself. When I arrived the place was packed, but there was an employee handling everyone like an orchestra conductor. I decided to leave my laundry and have it done there. Vandy was her name, told me she was sorry, but she wouldn't be able to get it done until tomorrow. That was not a problem. Later in the day she called to tell me my laundry was clean. WOW! What a surprise. But you know what the biggest surprise was...how calm and courteous she was in all that chaos. Then as each customer left, she said drive safe traffic is bad out there. They have an ATM machine and change machine onsite, so you can handle all your needs in one place. All the folks working were friendly, too. My wife and I travel the country in our RV. We have been to many, many laundromats. This is by far the nicest facility we've visited. Sure, it may be a little more expensive. This laundromat is clean and has an ATM and change machine which are convenient. But the machines are expensive and they don't allow you to wash dog beds ($50 fine). At the prices they charge, they could easily provide a single washer dedicated just for dog beds and afford to keep up the maintenance on the washer. I will have to find a more dog-friendly laundromat in the future. read more
