If I could leave minus 5 stars I would. 5 dryers are out of order, from what I can see sitting down, 2 out of 2 small washers I'm using stopped in middle of washing. Waited for her to push some magic button once they get behind washer and starts all over! More time of mine is wasted as if I had enough time to begin with. Not to mention the soap and disinfectant aren't in washer she's just washing with water. Seems as these break down quite often while no one is rushing to make a call for repairs. I wouldn't put my clothes in these gross machines, and aren't cleaned properly or at all, I'm washing cleaning rags and mop towels. Never ever returning to this place. It's GROSS read more

Beautiful, Clean modern laundry. We used this business while on vacation. The lady working there was very friendly. You can use your debit card for the machines and if you forget to bring laundry detergent, just ask. They will sell it for $1 per cap for one load. It was nice to see so many machines that could handle either one load or bigger ones that could handle up to 7-8 loads and also machines for comforters. Dryers were great too. I had around 8 pair of men's pants dry cleaned. They were done several at one time, leaving the plastic on until all were cleaned to keep track of which ones had been done. When they were unwrapped, we found bad creases on about 3 pair. It was very evident they were not pressed correctly. I should have checked them each on bringing them home, however I trusted Total Laundry. Bad mistake. When I took just three back to be repressed, the owner refused. I stopped at this dry cleaners on a trip. Dropped off a suit for a wedding. They said we could pick it up the next day, super quick service. Lady at the front was very nice! I ended up leaving the suit there and left town. Freaked out when I found out because the wedding was a few days later. The owner went out of her way to overnight the suit to me. Its a race to get a washer or dryer before they get used up by the employees. And I actually called ahead of time to ask if they had a cut off time because they close at 5 on Saturday( I was only drying clothes not washing) girl who works there says as long as im there by 5 I'm good I clean condos and was running behind . im not trying to be that guy so I get there at 4 to dry that takes 35 min and one of the girls looked up at me as I walked and after sighing heavily says just so you know we close at 5. THE MOST FABULOUS DRY CLEANER ON THE EMERALD COAST!!! I took in a very expensive queen bedspread with a bad redish-gold oil stain about 12 - 14" sq. It looked just like a renter left a pizza box laying on it and the grease bled thru. I had some really bad smelly laundry from my kitty deciding to make a mess on huge pieces of laundry like a comforter and pillows etc, and my washer was out of commission; they welcomed me and helped me when no one else could. Tldr; they should have stated that the minimum for wash and fold service is $12.50. Dropped off a small bag of clothes (no more than 2 pounds) for wash and fold service. They told me same day service is $3 a pound, so I handed it over. When they texted me 2.5 hours later, they said that it was ready and I owed $12.50.. I thought this was a mistake and they sent it to the wrong person. After I got to pick up, they told me the minimum was $12.50. This is something they should disclose in the beginning, especially after seeing that I had so little clothes. Then I told the lady that she should have disclosed this in the beginning; she just stared at me and gave me a very matter-of-fact "the minimum is $12.50." read more

I've never used a wash and fold service before and this will definitely be my last. I wanted my bedding and my dogs bedding to be deep cleaned, so I dropped them off, with Laura handling my belongings. I picked my things up, got home and while making my bed I noticed some weird stains on my sheets. Like they were wet still. They are microfiber so anything could have happened. They also still had dog hair on them and if they are dried properly it should get a good amount off but whatever. I'm a dog person. The issue was I am missing a king size pillow case. I called and Laura assured me they didn't have it, immediately on the defense about my questions. She said she would check the cameras and get back to me. After she called me back her attitude was so poor. She proceeded to tell me my belongings smelled horrible (duh, I have a large German Shepherd and work with working dogs). I quote "what do you want from us lady?" I then asked for a refund and asked to speak to the owner for her extremely poor customer service and her incentive comments. She then started yelling at me stating the owner knows her, will side with her, and I'm on a recorded line. Uh, okay, great! All I wanted was for them to look for my pillow case? I still haven't heard from the owner and have not been contacted about a refund. I've never been treated so poorly for just asking a question. read more

Been using them for several years now and haven't had any issues. Their ladies up front are great and very friendly. Their policies and prices are clearly posted. They send me text messages when my clothes are ready and they give out $5 coupons as rewards. They're one of the cheapest in town too. Awful! Mediocre service by every time I really wanted to like this cleaner because it is conveniently locates walking distance from my office. First visit. I took a comforter set to be dry cleaned and they did a very poor job. It was completely wrinkled, stuffed up in a tiny bag and had a powerful chemical odor. The employee's response was that all comforters get wrinkled when they are folded and put into the comforter bag. Absurd! She did eventually take the shams to be re-pressed but did not have time for the comforter. She put the comforter in an actual comforter size bag this time. It was still wrinkled and smelled awful. I sprayed the comforter with some lavender spray and eventually, after a few days, the odor went away. I was not happy with their service but I understand that not all employees working at an establishment are equally incompetent. Perhaps they had a chance to retrain the employees who are washing and pressing the items in the back. Maybe the lady working the register was having a bad day... So, I decided to give them another try. Took husbands' tailored pants for dry cleaning. Pants had been horribly pressed. Front, crotch and pleats were awfully wrinkled. One pair in particular looked like half of it had just been pulled out of a bottle, because it was so wrinkled. The employee's response was that "they only pressed areas where you could see", and that one of the pair of paints was maybe stretched out, or if I want the pants pressed in any specific way I have to give them notes... Seriously? If I bring pants for dry cleaning I must ask you to make sure they are properly pressed? She only took the pair of pants that were the most wrinkled to the back and had them re-done. The others I guess I will be ironing when I get home. Utterly disappointing! Based on my experience I can only conclude that the employees are poorly trained to perform their job and lack guest services skills. Substandard problem resolution. I felt unhappy and displeased after doing using this dry cleaner. I will go back to Destin Cleaners. I will Drive a little out of my way but I know my clothes will look great. read more

Best laundry mat in Destin!!! Staff was very friendly and super helpful!! Also this place is the cleanest I have ever been to and trust me I have seen some pretty nasty ones. I also felt pretty safe leaving my stuff while running some errands. Front Counter attendant was really helpful and even gave me some tips on how to take some stains out of my clothes. On the Dry Cleaning side; I have brought suits and shirts and I found that Dry cleaning prices are the most competitive; I shopped around and found that this place had the best prices and fastest turnaround. How can you possibly rate the self service portion of this business anything higher than one star. 8 of the washI got my machines were either out of order or being used by the employees. Someone left their machine and the clothes were there for more than an hour and another was the same but they didn't even put their money in to start it. The employees refused to empty the machines for others who are waiting in line just to get an unused washer. The prices are nuts too. We travel the country and never paid such crazy prices to do laundry in much nicer facilities. Maybe the fact that they have a monopoly here and couple that with the fact the the owner was a banker explains their rip off of the customers pricing for washing machine use. Great Service, my wife and I were on vacation for nine days. Half way through the trip we found are selfs in Destin Beach Fl. Are laundry bag was getting full and I called the Total Laundry service. Very happy with the service, told them I didn't need my cloths until the next day. Then went down to the boardwalk, A J boathouse for oysters when I got a text telling me my clothes were finished. Drove over to pick them up and paid the bill with in a couple of hours. My wife and my clothes were folded very neatly and back in the bag. Excellent service and refused a tip. Too Expensive for 3 of my 4 items to come back with the stains remaining. I was told everything was done to get the stains out. I went home used my own laundry stain removers, and all stains are gone. I will not go back as the cost per item is more than I've paid anywhere else, and they are ineffective at stain removal. Now I have to spend more money to take the items to a different dry cleaners to have them pressed. Not a good experience. read more

DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING TO THEM!! They destroyed my husband's suit pants and try to blamed it on us. My husband was going away on a business trip and needed his suit cleaned. We picked it up the night before he was leaving. No one ever mentioned that anything was damaged. As he was packing his suit he noticed that the material in entire seat of the pants was destroyed and we could not repair it?!?! The next day I went to make them aware and they basically tried to blame it on us... that we dropped off them that way?!?! The owner was rude and then said that they had no policy to compensate for the damage and no insurance to help cover the costs to replace the pants "because this just never happens"?! They have made little effort to correct the situation or help reimburse us for the pants he then had to buy at the airport the next day for his meeting. Very poor customer service. read more

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't know you could wash down and they helped me get my comforter clean, fluffy and smelling great again.
