Just moved back to the area on Okaloosa Island but unfortunately my unit does not have washer dryer connection.. there is a small laundry room but I'd rather not use it so went on the hunt for a home to do my laundry.. I think I've found one for now.. equipment seems new and as if the staff is good about keeping the place clean; which is by biggest concern.. they have coin machine, machines with snacks and laundry supplies if you need them..they also have video surveillance as well.. read more

Chong is so accommodating! She trues to have your laundry for you in 2 to 3 hours same day at no additional cost. She is meticulous in folding and hanging clothes. I like supporting a local that has served us for years. read more

The place is clean but it's a inconvenience to use the bathroom there has to be a staff member here to unlock the bathroom and when asking for that the person makes it seem inconvenient for asking.Than the paid staff told me to clean up a spill that I clearly was going to clean up. I definitely would not ever come back here till there is more friendly staff. read more

My washing machine broke and I was waiting for a part for it. So, I went here to do my laundry. The place is very clean and has air conditioning! Since I travel often for my job, I've seen a lot of laundromats. I must say this has go to be one of the cleanest I've visited. read more

I came out to Destin for a week but then had to stay back a few more days due to hurricane Ida in my path back to Texas. Had no choice but to look for a laundromat. Well, here I am lol. This is a great spot to do laundry. The area is pretty rough but once you step inside it's fine! There is continuously someone on site wiping machines down, sweeping, mopping, etc. HUGE washers and dryers. Excellent value. read more

I am a long time customer and have been very happy with this laundromat until today. Yesterday (Sunday 7/18) I used a machine that cost $7.25. I thought it seemed high & figured they'd raised the prices again. Today (Monday 7/19) I used the SAME machine and it was $6.50. I asked an employee who was cleaning about the price difference. She said the machined cost more to use on weekends! How greeeeedy can you get! This is very upsetting to me! I will make a special effort not to go on weekends now! I have never been on weekends before so I was completely unaware of this. But this is just wrong! Inflation is terrible now! Everything cost more than ever and the people using laundromats are typically minorities and people with lower incomes! This is a very successful business with multiple locations that clearly doesn't need to price gouge their customers! I want my 75 cents back! Crooks! read more

The staff here is super helpful! Came in because I got back from vacation to find my washer broke, these guys made it all seem like nothing with their kindness. Sunday is extremely busy so plan ahead if you need to wash this day! read more

Drove a litttle further since the one near me closes at 7pm. No complaints, the machines work great and i believe i got 15 min on one quarter, which is nice! Will def come back, the late hours are ideal. read more

Really clean and everything this is easy to use. The change machine works awesome and takes 20's. Restroom isn't open but your in and out really fast. Doesn't matter really. Also there is a snack machine with snacks and drinks in it I will be back to wash here again read more

My mother does bring large items to this location to clean. This week was my first visit. I won't lie I used to use laundromats in the past and they were not all so good. However, I have been changed. We went in this weekend. And a very kind man was willing to help my mom, which I was able to do. I learned that the owners wife would help my mom with setting up the load. It also turns out the kind gentleman that was interacting with us was the owner. The location was so clean. And people seemed to also clean up after themselves. Like he had shared his pride with those that use that location. I know this only a quick snapshot. But we all know when someone cares for what they do and if the person has a genuine interest in YOU. Wow! Stetting the standard for other to rise up to. read more

Machine did not work. Did not rinse and did not spin dry. The owner does not offer help. He says it is my fault. Like I would be making all this up over $5.25. I am left with a load of soapy and dripping clothes as I try to find another laundry. Avoid this place. read more

I didn't know how else to get this to the owners/managers of the laundromat other than to leave a review. I only go here to do laundry when the facilities at my apartment are completely in use. And I usually do not have any issues with this facility, they are clean and their machines are usually well maintained. And it costs just about the same as the ones at my complex. The ladies I usually encounter who clean there are nice. However today a man in a red shirt cleaning there had an attitude with me that I wouldn't expect someone in customer service to have with a patron so quick. He approached me more aggressively than I'm comfortable with, because I emptied my basket of the few pieces of fur that were in it to put my wet clothes in the dryer while talking on the phone and not thinking, once I realized what he was saying to me, to do that in a trash can and not on the floor, I apologized immediately and explained I wasn't thinking in that moment, and he berated me saying "you was thinking". I don't usually do things like this but this was worth sharing because I would still expect an employee to maintain some type of understanding/decorum in the first time approaching someone with any issue, especially one that is not very outrageous like this. Please remind your staff that your customers are people too and they can make honest mistakes. read more

I would not recommend this laundry, the don't even let you use the restroom! Your spending $5.00 and up to wash plus dry and they can't even keep a restroom for their customers. Very sad read more

Been using this laundromat for a couple of years. Every week or so. I have never had any REAL issues until today. Wouldn't have thought too much of it if Tim, the owner had not been there. Granted, we had a decent amount of laundry today and for some reason, after spending almost 30 dollars just for the wash, we just could NOT get the clothes to get dry. We double checked to make sure dryers weren't overloaded, even split loads between 2 dryers, we ended up using a total of 8 dryers and STILL the clothes weren't getting dry. We brought this to Tim's attention while he was emptying the machines of quarters by the bag load, and his response was to give us a quarter. 1 quarter. When we were pumping quarters into 8 seperate machines. Was extremely frustrating. On top of that, they had a gentleman there cleaning the floors and other janitorial duties who actually insisted that we move out of his way so he could sweep and was pretty rude about his method of asking as well as a few snide remarks to my wife on the side, which I did not hear about till we were gone or I would have a few words to say of my own. The dryers were running almost cold and seemed to have very poor air flow. I have never seen clothes in a dryer just roll into a knot after only a few minutes. We actually had to open the dryers to un wad the clothes every few minutes. I have been in the maintenance field for a lot of years and have never seen a whole bank of dryers work so poorly. Like I said, for a couple years I have been pleased as could be with this facility. Last time we were here there seemed to be some issues with the dryers but I just disregarded it as a fluke. Today was no fluke. Spent 30 bucks just to wash then another 24 just to dry and here we are at our house hanging WAAAAY too many clothes on a clothes line I just put up after we got tired of putting quarters on top of quarters and having the floor guy tell us we were in his way and Tim offering up a single quarter for our troubles. Used 5 washers, 4 of the 3 loaders and 1 5 loader. Split all those clothes into 8 dryers and here we are hanging clothes to dry after all that. What's up with this Tim? Would sure like to hear what you have to say about it since you were pretty busy draining quarters by the sack out of all those machines. What Happened to Ya'll? read more

This place was great! The machines were new, and there was a sale on the price of washing until 3pm. I was in and out in less than an hour. The other patrons were also super nice. I wish we had such a nice laundromat, but we were just passing through. read more

We stay in Fort Walton beach for a month and just found this laundry on the internet. So glad we did! Very clean and prices are right. A variety of machines from regular top loaders to 6 load machines. During the summer, they is a special on Saturday and Sunday mornings where the price drops. The first time there, the owner Tim came in and said hello to everyone and made sure everyone was ok, then proceeded to purchase us all a drink! Place is clean and all machines in working condition. Dryers are 25 cents for 6 minutes and really hot! Will use this place all month while visiting! read more

Seriously the best place to go do laundry. We attempted to go to a place closer to our house this morning to save time and we walked in and immediately walked out and drove straight to Panhandle Laundry! Prices are reasonable, its always clean, friendly people, awesome owners, and they always work quickly to fix broken machines. read more

Tim & Lisa are the owners of two locations. One in Ft Walton and one in Navarre. I went to do my laundry in the Navarre one and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised on the cleanness of this laundromat! The driers actual heat up and you don't have to waste a couple of dollars on one dryer. While there the owners came in and I meet them and they seem to be down to earth kind of people. Friendly and very welcoming! If you live in the NAvarre area and need to use a laundromat, this is the place to go to. You will not be disappointed! I will be back again! read more

I'm at the one on 98 in Mary Esther and it's very neat and tidy here. It's my first time here and I wasn't sure how long the dryers run for so I called the number on the yelp listing. The owner (Tim) answered promptly and was so very helpful. Answered my questions and thanked me for my business. I'm impressed by how they have a change machine (so you don't have to being your own quarters!), a detergent dispensing machine, a vending machine for snacks, a bathroom and plenty of seating.
