I cannot say enough about Walton Cleaners (Niceville). We have been using Walton Cleaners for…read morealmost two years now and couldn't be happier. Donna is absolutely amazing and really knows our family. On one occasion, some undergarments had made their way into the dry cleaning pile and Donna, when sorting the pile and knowing that this was unusual for us called my husband to ask if this was a mistake or if we wanted the garments dry cleaned. I was mortified as I would not typically have someone handle/dry clean my underwear but she assured me that it was no big deal and a lot of people do it. The fact that she knew our laundry habits so well and took the time to call says a lot. On another occasion, it was pouring down rain and I had a lot of dry cleaning to pick up. The other woman (I cannot remember her name) who works there got her umbrella and held it over my head while I situated all the hangers. The customer service is fantastic and I can't imagine trusting my garments with anyone else. I feel like family when I go there and have never been disappointed by their service.
