I asked if "Mr. Mike" had a last name, they replied they only know him as Mr. Mike? When I told them I wanted to be reimbursed for the pants they said I needed to produce receipts and the age of the pants, like who has those from years ago? For a company that supposedly has been in business since 1946, I would think they would know something more about customer service. Terrible business. Go somewhere else!

BUYER BEWARE!! I took 8 garments in for cleaning 14 months ago, and when I went to pick them up…read morethe first time, six of them came back with spots and stains all over them in various spots on each custom-tailored shirt or pair of slacks. I promptly returned them, which they said they wanted to try to re-clean them in hopes that they could get out whatever got on them during processing. I went to pick them up again, and no changes or improvements had occurred. They offered to do them again, but I told them I wanted to speak to the owner, Dan Dean, which they were adamant that they could not give out his contact information and would have him call me. Over the next series of months I would stop by or call and they would say that he hasn't had a chance to call me so I took them home until I found a way to get his cell phone number. I reached out and spoke to him which he swore up and down nobody ever showed them to him or told him about them and told me that you got the one lady who is very friendly and hard to work with, but he can't find anybody else when I explained how hard of a time I'd been given and how rude she had been being to me. He told me to bring them back in, but when I did, she was even ruder than ever before. She didn't want to take the clothes and said there was nothing they could do and I had to insist that her owner directed me to bring them back. and she needed to take them for him either way. Now that we are 14 months in to this circus , It was returned with a letter attached (see pic) today stating that he doesn't even remember our conversation but now that I was rude on the fourth or fifth trip over 14 months and that he recleaned them several times but will take zero responsibility for the original damage he admittedly caused and I am no longer a client there or welcome to come back. Just a quick context to this, these shirts are each over $250,000 custom tailored and sleeves initial monogrammed shirts and even more expensive custom tailored slacks. that's a $2000 hit out of my wardrobe that he doesn't stand behind damaging clothing while in his possession. What a nightmare being a local and I can only guess what he does to out of town vacationers. Use them at your own risk and loss!!
