Not a lot of great choices in Niceville. You can mark this one off your list. It took over a week for some simple tailoring. Then, it wasn't done right (stitches removed where they shouldn't have been, resulting in a hole). Then, it took another week. Laundry and dry cleaning prices are on par with the area, which means they're high. Find somewhere else. read more

Horrible customer service. Ruined several shirts of mine and when I went back to have them recleaned they blamed me. When I went to pick them up after the 3D time to correct it, and get restitution for one shirt they ruined, they told me to not come back. Prior to this I took them 6 pair of new dress pants to have a hem put in them and they cut all pairs too short and ruined them. I had been doing business with them for several years and for some reason the lady that was working there was very rude and dismissive. Beware before you take any clothes there for dry cleaning or alterations. Look on the BBB site, they have an "F" rating! You only get that by being terrible! read more

If I could give them zero stars I would!! I dropped off two sweaters, one blouse and two pairs of pants.. I specifically asked for the pants to be creased to which the clerk replied "we crease all of our pants". I come back a week later to pick up my clothes and I cannot believe my eyes and nose! My blouse looks like it came out of the dirty clothes hamper and still smelled of my perfume, only one pair of my pants are creased, the other is pressed so the seams are creased and my $90 sweater has a hole in the sleeve! I pointed all this out to the clerk and she replied that everything was fine!! I replied "it's not fine and I'm not paying for the damaged and unclean clothes. She began screaming and yelling that I had to pay! I agreed to pay for the two items done correctly but not the others. The clerk then put her hands on me and blocked the door to prevent me from leaving!!!!! I had to threaten to call the police to get out of the cleaners!!! Unbelievable! Needless to say I will NEVER return!!! read more

Updating my previous review, I recently called again to inquire abt my lost pants and spoke to a very nice woman named Okshin (sp?). She contacted the owners who, apparently, had been trying to find the owners of my missing dress pants bc they had the pants! So glad I kept calling. A major communication problem within their system, but in the end I got my pants back and am very grateful for their help. read more

I cannot say enough about Walton Cleaners (Niceville). We have been using Walton Cleaners for almost two years now and couldn't be happier. Donna is absolutely amazing and really knows our family. On one occasion, some undergarments had made their way into the dry cleaning pile and Donna, when sorting the pile and knowing that this was unusual for us called my husband to ask if this was a mistake or if we wanted the garments dry cleaned. I was mortified as I would not typically have someone handle/dry clean my underwear but she assured me that it was no big deal and a lot of people do it. The fact that she knew our laundry habits so well and took the time to call says a lot. On another occasion, it was pouring down rain and I had a lot of dry cleaning to pick up. The other woman (I cannot remember her name) who works there got her umbrella and held it over my head while I situated all the hangers. The customer service is fantastic and I can't imagine trusting my garments with anyone else. I feel like family when I go there and have never been disappointed by their service. read more
