I'm new to the Crestview,FL area and found Alterations by Ayfer on Google.The reviews were great,so…read moreI decided to stop by after work to get two pairs of work pants hemmed.Unfortunately,my experience was not pleasant.As soon as I walked in,I was met with a negative attitude.When I explained what I needed,she responded with frustration,saying she was"so backed up"and pointed to a pile of items.When I asked how long it would take,she said about three weeks,and then added that if I wanted it sooner,I would have to pay extra.I completely understand being busy,but the tone and demeanor were very unwelcoming and came across as hostile.It made me feel like my business wasn't valued,especially since it was a small job.Customer service matters just as much as the quality of work.Based on this experience,I chose to take my business elsewhere.

She got both dresses done quickly (before the date she told me when I dropped them off). My flower girl who lived out of town grew a lot in the months leading up to the wedding and her dress ended up being too tight the week of the wedding when she arrived. I called Ki and she let me bring it in with my flower girl so she could make last-minute adjustments 3 days before the wedding despite being extremely busy with other jobs.
