He held my Assets much longer than necessary in his own escrow account, or other financial institutions holding assets in my husband name.I had to beg for living expenses after the final decree each month , which as of Oct 7,2022 I was made a millionaire, by Santa Rosa County Courts. Four months after the divorce, I force the issue regarding filing for the second lawsuit, he response after 3 1/2 years? " I don't think its a strong case, I don't want it" I feel used during one of the worst experiences in my life, the end of a 48 year old marriage. I am a senior and deal daily with a permanent hearing disability caused by my ex-husband. I shopped for a divorce and personal injury attorney, and after interviewing Mr. Cameron I felt I had made the right decision. Please do not be fooled like I was. Avoid his office, and his staff is outright rude!

    The actual life-saving service and ambulance personnel are professional and clearly not represented…read morewell by administration and the atrocious billing service. Ambulance ride- Dec. 2019 Only bill received (statement with a warning of late/non payment) late Feb 2020. Called to specifically give BOTH insurances and TRAIN the billing svcs on which is 'primary' versus 'secondary' within 2 business days. No further contact. None. Expected resolved, both sides satisfied. Fast Forward 1 year and 8 months. Experian Credit Agency emailed an alert of a credit score change , Wednesday Oct. 20, 2021. Perhaps worse than finding I had taken a 22 point loss in my Score, was HOW! United We Care collections had reported me as they had been referred to collect on me by Lifeguard Billing Svc! No informatio, no mailings, no 'default notices', no notice of a referral collection agency, no notice of the actual case formed... Nothing. Before I forget to add this, after a nearly dozen years worked as an actual USPS Clerk... I know about all there is to know about leaving proper forwards when I move ANYWHERE and ANYTIME. Further, I handled many business requested forwards and Address Service Requested address change cards. In short terms, I was never unreachable nor did the Billing Service ever attempt to lawfully or legally inform me of anything, but the ONE Feb 2020 billing statement. I immediately called the Collection Agency and was given the number back to Lifeguard billing, as I had no reason to hold on to that lone bill for any reason beyond the past year. called Thursday Oct. 21, 2021. 'Angel' was my contact at the Billing service. I completely and professionally explained my surprise Experian email, the short call with their chosen Collection Agency, and EVERY DETAIL you have just read above. I stated I was never informed, nor properly notified of any further action by Lifeguard billing, after February 2020. I knew to follow up soon, but waited until today, Monday 25 October 2021 to call again. Due to improper business tactics, I did file a Better Business Bureau complaint last Thursday. After today's call, I was given no update, no legitimate expected or approximated timeline for any resolution NOR even activity toward a resolution. Just told a supervisor was emailed to look into it. I informed the accented gentleman that I had filed with BBB about the lack of following lawful and legitimate business practices. He informed me that they had suffered a technical issue that had sent multiple customers to collection! i was livid. If not informing a customer of billing nor collections referral was not unethical and illegal enough... suffering a data issue that affects, and effects negative actions toward, the customer is beyond ethics and simple business practice law. Now we are Federal Trade Commission domains. This is fraud of neglect to inform. Appreciate the 'peons' and workers of a company, watch the billers and administration, who will easily raid your life of peace and order!
