I had an injury at work. My work comp people were great with trying to help me. However, I was feeling harassed at work for filing the claim. I called Michles and Booth, because of the ad I heard on the radio about Brian Carter. I thought my issues were so small I never thought Mr. Carter, would talk to me, or that I actually needed a lawyer. But I was wrong. Mr. Carter did sit down with me and talk with about the issues I was having at work, and how I was feeling worried, scared, and frighten about the situation of filing this work comp claim. I was always able to call Mr. Carter, and talk with him, or leave him a message and he would call me back. Or I had the option to talk with his assistant Twanda. She is AMESOME!! She listens, asks questions, talks to you as if you are the most important part of her day. We texted, emailed, and talked on the phone. If need be, she would have Mr. Carter call me back. Twanda, is so easy to talk with and share my fears with. Sarida, came in on my case at the end or closing of my case. She was a great help! I would not recommend. I was involved in a serious accident which required surgery so upon looking for what I thought would be the best attorneys in town later did I know It would be a big mistake. At first they act as if they're interested and the longer the case goes they just forget about you. You can call and call with no luck the only way to ever get any info on what was going on would be to go there in person but that has since stopped due to Covid. They also gave me the run around for months on in about getting Insurance info from like 20 years ago that had nothing to do with the case. They denied my medical appeal without any reason at all making me lose ten to twenty k more in the process and after seven and a half years of dealing with my case they told me how much my settlement would be. When I picked the check up they took several more thousand dollars from me. Just a bunch of ball washing b*tards. read more

I am very happy with the results I got after I was in an accident in Destin! They helped me thru the paperwork of getting a new car to helping with my medical bills. It did take approx 2 years but in that 2 years they were always around to answer questions. I never experience delays or no call backs. Mr Janes par a legal was amazing and very very helpful when I needed questions answered. If she did not have the answer she would find out and get back with me! I ended up having surgery and they helped thru all of that. Making sure I was good afterwards. Yes they deserved their compensation and I would not change any part of this experience. I was in a car accident about a year ago and when the doctor said I needed a lawyer I decided to use this firm. Worst mistake ever. First they send you to their " " chiropractictor/physical therapist" which does a set of X-rays then they get back with you promising loads of money. After 6 months of therapy they said the case would resolve. After countless unanswered phone call and 9 months they said it was finished and that my cut was on a couple of thousand. I first came to Michles & Booth last November over an injury I had at work. I broke a toe and actually I was pretty embarrassed to even seek legal advice over a "toe". Brian Carter the attorney I met with knew a broken toe was no joke, Im in outside sales and I walk for a living. While my company was great about my work comp claim the work comp people tried to fight me at every turn. Brian Carter and his team stayed on top of it and made sure I was paid on time and that I saw the right doctors until I was able to return to work. Fast forward to September 2017, Brian called to just check on me and to see how things were going. I happened to be in escrow with a new house I was buying and the mortage company for some reason was dragging their feet on sending the package to the title company. I was due to close on this loan in four days. Well needless to say I was a basket case. I asked Brian if he would call the mortgage company to light a fire under them. Although Brian is an injury attorney he agreed to help me and make that call to the mortgage company. Come to find out I didn't qualify for the mortgage that I had applied for two months earlier and the mortgage company was just going to let me lose the house. Because of Brian's phone call they immediately put me in a loan that I did qualify for and they paid ALL of my closing costs as it was their error. I am now sitting in my new home writing this review in my new home office and its all due to Brian Carter. Antonio Bruni is the laziest lawyer and once he was paid off he DISAPPEARED! Can't get a hold of him, can't meet with him, NOTHING! He did barely any work for the case and should not have been paid so much for SO LITTLE. Such a shame that a nice place like this has horrible people working in it like him. My advice? I was represented by Adrian Bridges, a personal injury attorney at Michles and Booth PA at the suggestion of my chiropractor.I had been in a low impact car accident.Mr.Bridges simply hates answering to clients and is rude and arrogant.This 'lawyer' puts as little effort into cases as possible and throws clients under the bus.When I complained he either ignored me,denied the obvious or insulted me.This was all after several months of preparation once we went to trial. The judged seemed to have a negative opinion of this guy at the start of the trial.I inquired with Mr.Bridges and he responded by becoming belligerent and still not answering my questions.The preparation for the trial including Mr.Bridges advising me to receive very painful and invasive medical examinations.Immediately after they were over he informed me of how useless the results would be no matter what they revealed.Mr.Bridges made the most effortless and vague argument during the trial which resulted in my case simply breaking even with no hope of medical treatment though my injuries consisted of nerve damage that my doctor testified would cause me life long pain.This creep even insulted me when i pointed this out.You would think this guy being such a jerk would make him a good trial lawyer but no.Just a loser. read more

I had an accident May of 2013, case was settled in December of 2014. Being my first accident case, I did not know what to expect. At first this seemed absurdly long, but I came to find out that it was typical. I would say that everything was explained to me adequately, and my questions along the way were answered. I tried no to "bug them" too much, because I am in a professional business and I know all about being pestered by impatient people is all about. In the end, my case was settled at a number that did not "feel" fair to me, but then again I had no permanent injuries, the kind that is typically awarded big $$$. I do appreciate Michles & Booth taking care of certain aspects of dealing with distribution of $$$ to health insurance companies, etc. I received prompt payment, exactly when I was told to expect it. Paralegal (?) Kimberly McCrory was particularly friendly and accessible throughout the process.
