They consistently drop the ball either for me or on a separate case for my son. They settle so not to incur expenses for a fraction of a claims value so they can take the money and run. My daughter was a dog bite attack victim and bc the charges did not add up to over 50k they wanted to drop my case, they did not like what I had to say I guess and continued working until I gave them the homeowners insurance policy and they learned it had an exclusion for Pitbull's and dangerous animals. Needless to say they dropped my case, and I still owe hospitals, ambulances and drs 31k. My daughter was walking in our neighborhood when I dog attacked from its yard while owner in her car. They Steal your settlement money with Fake medical bills!!!! my case settled and I got paperwork claiming "outstanding medical bills". I pointed out that I didn't owe anything ,I had receipts . i was told , it's okay ,it's a good faith estimate and sign paperwork and they will send first check and after verification that I didn't owe , they would send any remaining funds. After months, I finally got in contact with the case manager and she argued that I already signed paperwork,and that I owed the money and she paid months ago ....I contacted the providers and got detailed ledgers that proved I owed nothing and they also confirmed they never got a check from M &M . the case manager argued that she also confirmed that they "definitely" got the check... total lie. I demanded , I be provided with detailed receipts copies of cancelled checks ...they still refused and no proof I owed a dime in medical bills and no proof a of payment to doctors.. they also padded my subrogation and overpaid received a refund kept the cash and lied about that as well. Premeditated criminal behavior they need to be reported to the Florida bar and apparently this is how they do business.. by stealing from their clients also , it's illegal to interfere with my personal finances without a "lien or letter of protection " I m reading reviews and this and see similar stories. read more

Ok. So I first heard about this law firm on the radio. They advertise that if you have a bad attorney you have a right to fire them and get one that will fight for you. Well, I had a really bad attorney, C. Brandon Glass out of Birmingham Alabama that was doing nothing for me in my auto accident case. He repeatedly lied to me and misled me clear up to the point of purposely making false statements of law in an attempt to settle the case out of court, even after I repeatedly told him that I wanted a jury trial because I wanted validation in my case not a plea bargain in favor of the insurance company. After finally demanding that he set the case for trial because the insurance company was not responding to his requests for policy limits or a settlement offer, he finally stated to me that "He was not going to allow me to take the case to trial on his nickel", and that he was withdrawing from the case because he felt that he couldn't recover a good enough settlement in a small Georgia town that would justify his time and trouble to take it to trial. This of course, after wasting over ten months of my time, leaving me with the trouble of finding another attorney before the statute of limitations runs out on my case. With that being said and after hearing Morgan and Morgan's radio advertisement's, I decided to give them a call. My first question of course was if a Florida based company was licensed to practice in Georgia (Where the accident took place and was going to have to be tried) and the receptionist stated they where licensed to practice nation wide. So my next question was what were their rates. She stated she didn't know and would transfer me to someone that could tell me. The next voice I hear is from a guy calling himself Ryan to which I pose the same question too and who can't or won't answer the question but puts me on hold for several minutes. Then he comes back on the phone and tells me that they don't give out that information until after they heard the case and decided if its worth their time. BIG RED FLAG. Needless to say, first its highly unethical for a law firm to trash talk other attorneys on a public media source such as radio just to try and drum up new business which made me highly leery to begin with. Second, no upfront pricing in their service offerings totally turned me off about this law firm, I don't know about anyone else but I expect to know how much I'm paying for something up front, not after the fact, especially since every other law firm I've ever talked to told me up front what their fees were going to be, usually being somewhere between 331/3% to 45%. Plus I will add the fact that I read all the negative Yelp reviews about this firm before calling them definitely leads me to want to tell everyone to avoid this law firm at all costs. read more

She spent several hours on the phone with me explaining my rights and what steps I needed to take medically. She put me in contact with all the right physicians.
