Honest & Dependable…read more I needed legal representation in a difficult alimony reduction / termination case. The case took nearly three years to make it's way through the legal process. I was required to participate in multiple depositions, mediation and two trials. Through every phase Mr. Fisher and his staff were available and engaged in my case. I never once felt as though I was just another client. He was very fair to my wife and I with his fees which was a huge blessing considering our financial situation at the time. Bottom line, his efforts got a favorable determination in our favor getting future alimony payments terminated. Do not let his calm demeanor fool you. He is very thorough and works hard on his clients behalf. I would reccomend Brad Fisher and his firm for any family law needs.

Best Criminal Defense Lawyer!…read more James Burns has represented my daughter on several cases and was able to get a positive outcome and cases dismissed. I would recommend the James Burns as a lawyer to represent as Criminal Defense Attorney. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, quite patient, very comforting, and exceptionally professional. With his experience and expertise in the criminal law system of FL and specifically the Pensacola/Walton area, he gave me a realistic and honest view of what my daughter would be looking at for her particular situation. He laid everything out for us in a point-blank manner. No sugar coating - which is what is needed when it comes to criminal defense. He provided the best- and worst-case scenarios and I knew from our first meeting that he would do everything in his power to ensure the most positive outcome possible for us. And he delivered! He will work aggressively on your behalf. He assured me during my initial consultations with him that these cases would be dismissed, and they were. I can tell you this, if he tells you not to worry then you do not need to worry. He gives you his personal cell phone number and tells you to call him anytime. He ALWAYS returned my calls and texts. He explained how these cases and the court proceedings would work in language that I could understand and listened, answered, and checked in regularly and explained the importance for a positive outcome. I HIGHLY recommend James Burns. I will say this--before you call the rest--call the BEST--James Burns.
