I love the people who work at this UPS store. They are the best. I had shipped something expensive from their store but tossed my tracking receipt in the trash assuming I wouldn't need it. Months later the company I sent my package to said they couldn't refund me my money because I didn't have a tracking number. I went back to the UPS store and they found my receipt and tracking number. It took some time for them to do this but they were glad to help me. They could have blown me off. Another time I used this store and they had closed for the day but opened up the store for me. They are great people. If you can give them business do it they deserve it and you won't be disappointed. Rarely is there a line to wait in either. You're in and out just like that. read more

I am a local business owner who decided to get a box here after unreliable service from the post office. I have always received my most important deliveries with a 100% reliable success rate. I am always helped in less than a minute at the counter allowing me to get in and out as time is money. The negative comments about Snovo the owner don't make any sense as she employs Craig and Bethany to run the store for her who deliver 100% customer service satisfaction. Craig is like a winning coach that makes sure the team does a great job while everything runs smoothly and Bethany is like the team mom who makes sure everyone does their job giving the customers a pep talk if needed. If Snovo was just out for herself she wouldn't only employ Non-Indian people from the local community who need jobs. Just saying. Thanks again for handling my business needs. read more

Friendly staff but I had trouble sending something once- The gentleman who owns this place does not know much- He had to call his wife like several times to figure it out- and guess what- Even after that the mail was not received by the receiver- 4 stars because the guy was very friendly and went out of the way to try to help us out- will go back any day but will use the female owner instead of male :) read more

I have been coming here for 4 years since we moved and used to love it. They knew you by name, were very helpful and very reasonable. Unfortunately the location was sold to new owners and the service has gone down quite a bit BUT prices have gone up. In some cases drastically. It is so refreshing to walk into a business and know that the staff truly appreciates their customers. I have done a variety of business with this location and have always walked out with a smile and with the task at hand completed. I have had fingerprints and lives can completed here multiple times along with notary. I should note, almost any other store I have visited has very sporadic set times for these services. However at this ups store , I have never walked in to find the service I was looking for unavailable. Makes a world of difference in a society always looking for quick convenience. I have been going to this UPS Store since it opened. The new ownership is so superior not only to the prior owners but to any UPS type store I have ever worked with. Miracle of miracles my mail is never mixed up. My packages are always the subject of prompt notification. If ever I have a special problem or concern, they are on it. They have traced international packages for me before I even knew there was an issue and assured delivery. It is amazing to receive this kind of service in a day and age where getting a human to respond is the exception not the rule. I am surprised to see negative reviews about this store and the workers here. I came to write a thank you because the lady here( Sno?) went out of her way to help me yesterday. She saved me! I realized at the last minute that I needed to turn in passport photos and notarize an important application that I was filling out. I called the store and they told me they were closing in 5 minutes. I told them it was an emergency and I was still 15 minutes away. She told me she would wait for me till I got there. She took the photos and notarized everything for me not once telling me that she was doing me a huge favor. She said they had already closed out for the day and she would not charge me. I was so overwhelmed by their kindness. I of course insisted on paying for the inconvenience I had caused. All the staff have been very responsive to our needs and special circumstances over the years. However, the other day at the last moment of an transaction (at the end of the day) we needed several documents notarized. Alex was just leaving after his shift and remaining staff are not notaries. Alex stepped up on his own time and notarized several documents and left late for a important meeting (late because of us). I sure hope the leadership or ownership of the location has a financial program that rewards staff that consistently show leadership skills and ownership qualities like Alex did that evening. read more
