The guys working there were nice, very friendly and accommodating. i was returning a small package that does not meet the specification when they volunteer to repack it for free so I don't have to come back the following day . Thank you! Excellent service ! read more

I'm new to the area and this is the closest UPS Store. Located in Woodbury Town Center, super convenient location. Plenty of parking, but also very busy depending on the time and day you stop by. I went on a Sunday around 1:40ish. They close at 3. They were busy with a few people ahead of me and some people who came in after. One family was taking forever getting some stuff notarized so it made the wait time even longer. But the guy helping them seemed very patient with them. The other guy was helping out the line. We did wait about 10 min but once it was our turn it was quick and easy to return our packets. Make sure you have your codes ready to speed up the process. There's a do it yourself kiosk for amazon returns, but I feel like it's time consuming especially for large packets. For example the lady who was in line behind me decided to use it, but something was wrong with the receipt, it wasn't printing. They fixed it for her, but something else happened. Everyone who was in line left before her because she had to wait for them to help her out. read more

Utter bullshit. I showed up to the store 20 minutes before they closed. No one's in line behind me. Three people are working. I try to get something notarized and they tell me they don't notarize 30 minutes before closing if they were busy I would get it but they're not there was no one there in three people working. It's insane. Horrible customer service. read more

Friendly staff and good service, but be prepared to pay a premium price. 2-day air shipment in an envelope costs $37.20.

I've had multiple issues with Amazon returns at this location. I've dropped off Amazon return packages here several times, but for some reason Amazon never received them. This has happened more than once, and I've only experienced this problem at this location. It's frustrating because I have to follow up with Amazon to resolve missing returns. read more

Great experience, amazing staff. Had some notary done they helped a lot. Highly recommended read more

I recently had a most pleasant experience at this UPS store, thanks to Ana at the service desk. In spite of a busy morning with several customers asking questions all at once, Ana exercised patience and professionalism in handling each request efficiently and quickly. As a result, I was in and out of there in virtually no time. Thanks Ana, the community appreciates you! read more

Great and friendly staffs with warm regards. They have very easy amazon return process

5 stars! Always a great experience at this UPS Store. The customer service is top-notch--friendly, fast, and helpful every time I stop by.

Man with long gray hair, black shirt no name tag so maybe a supervisor?? Unfortunately. Blacked out dragon tattoo on his right arm, is bad energy in multiple instances. Just wanted to return a few things and in the middle of scanning codes, he goes "wrong code" and he left the desk to start closing up. So we stood there waited for him to finish up. And when he came back he scanned the rest of our items but 1 and he goes "hurry I need to move on to the next person" so he doesn't mind making other people wait for him but is incapable of giving the same patience he expects from others? Weird. Idk this is just bad customer service he was super rude we didn't even finish and left cause he was just making the experience super uncomfortable for no reason? Like bro this is the ups store why r u making this harder and more unpleasant and unprofessional than it needs to be. It's like he takes his bad days and anger out of everyone else. read more

This has been my favorite UPS store to do all my related UPS business. They are so efficient, knowledgeable and friendly there. This location services people with various backgrounds that speak many different languages. Not only does the staff here accommodate that by being patient and friendly through any language barriers, they also speak multiple languages themselves. The last time I was in I commented that I liked the pen they were having me use so Ali went to grab one for me. So nice!! read more

I like the staff very helpful and friendly, I had picture taken today and notarized my docs. I recommend this place!

Doesn't open on time, multiple people left outside waiting. Voicemail is full, nobody answers

1st time at this location and I'm impressed. Juan helped me out, and was fast and friendly. EVERYONE working at this location asked customers if they could assist them. They were essentially good at what they do and kept things moving quickly. I will be going out of my way to this location going forward. read more

Horrible service!!! Do not come here! Long slow lines absolutely no customer service do not recommend

Terrible customer service. Been in a few times and no one ever greets you. When you do go up to the counter the workers act like they hate their life. I went in earlier and they had a huge order they were apparently working on. Wouldn't actually know cause when I waited in line one of the workers made eye contact with me several times but he had headphones in so he couldn't be bothered. Took a few minutes of eye contact with the other worker before something was said to me. She said go to the self checkout since they're busy. Several other people came and were treated the exact same way. Then a line was building up because no one was directing the service. Just a mess. Whatever happened to respect and manners? read more

The UPS Store - Always have fresh Lillie's and they smell so good! - Shipping Centers Near Me - Irvine, California

This Irvine location is one of the best. Customer service 5/5, the ambiance 5/5, and the staff are friendly and helpful 5/5. Walked in there today and it seemed like they had upgrades on equipment and tech; new overhead monitors for customer information in line for all services they provide, as well as new wallpapers to freshen the place. With their growing traffic, it looks like they've been training new staff members. So far, this is the go-to for sending personal packages internationally & for small business. read more
