I'm new to the area and this is the closest UPS Store. Located in Woodbury Town Center, super convenient location. Plenty of parking, but also very busy depending on the time and day you stop by. I went on a Sunday around 1:40ish. They close at 3. They were busy with a few people ahead of me and some people who came in after. One family was taking forever getting some stuff notarized so it made the wait time even longer. But the guy helping them seemed very patient with them. The other guy was helping out the line. We did wait about 10 min but once it was our turn it was quick and easy to return our packets. Make sure you have your codes ready to speed up the process. There's a do it yourself kiosk for amazon returns, but I feel like it's time consuming especially for large packets. For example the lady who was in line behind me decided to use it, but something was wrong with the receipt, it wasn't printing. They fixed it for her, but something else happened. Everyone who was in line left before her because she had to wait for them to help her out. read more

Utter bullshit. I showed up to the store 20 minutes before they closed. No one's in line behind me. Three people are working. I try to get something notarized and they tell me they don't notarize 30 minutes before closing if they were busy I would get it but they're not there was no one there in three people working. I've had multiple issues with Amazon returns at this location. I've dropped off Amazon return packages here several times, but for some reason Amazon never received them. This has happened more than once, and I've only experienced this problem at this location. It's frustrating because I have to follow up with Amazon to resolve missing returns. read more

Just wanted to return a few things and in the middle of scanning codes, he goes "wrong code" and he left the desk to start closing up. So we stood there waited for him to finish up. And when he came back he scanned the rest of our items but 1 and he goes "hurry I need to move on to the next person" so he doesn't mind making other people wait for him but is incapable of giving the same patience he expects from others? Weird. Idk this is just bad customer service he was super rude we didn't even finish and left cause he was just making the experience super uncomfortable for no reason? Terrible customer service. Been in a few times and no one ever greets you. When you do go up to the counter the workers act like they hate their life. I went in earlier and they had a huge order they were apparently working on. Wouldn't actually know cause when I waited in line one of the workers made eye contact with me several times but he had headphones in so he couldn't be bothered. Took a few minutes of eye contact with the other worker before something was said to me. She said go to the self checkout since they're busy. Top scores for this UPS location! I came here to take passport photos and Bash was the one that helped me. He took several photos of me and I got to pick the one I liked. Since you know passport photos last for a decade it's important to select the best one! He also has this digital machine where he can zoom in or crop or change it to the correct dimension as per each countries passport photo requirement. Pretty cool! This UPS Store at Woodbury Plaza always provide top notch service relative to other locations. Most times, they will waive my shipping label cost just because of their friendly service. As well, they will always provide to you the lowest shipping fee and provide recommendation if the shipping cost is too high. I went to this location after work on 3/26. I was helped by Juan. He did an amazing job at assisting me. I bought a box from this location a day earlier, but when I put all the items I was going to ship out, there was a lot of leftover space. Juan ensured he can help and I wouldn't need to buy another box. He took his time in cutting and measuring to make sure that when the box is closed, none of the items would move around. He also included paper to protect the contents inside. This is my second time coming here and having one of the employees cut the box smaller. Unfortunately, the first one that helped me in February did not do it as nicely as Juan. It was rushed and not put together great. I did come 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday that time, so it was visible to me that the employee was rushing to get the customers out since more kept coming in. I should have come in earlier. Juan did a great job though and I hope the next time that I need to send more packages out, I come in when he is working. read more
