So if you're new here, like me, don't expect good, welcoming and friendly service. When it was my turn I said hello to the associate, gave her my package and she scanned my phone, and gave me my receipt. Then it was my boyfriend's turn after. He said, "Hello, sorry I have a lot." She didn't say anything, no hello, no it's okay, how can I help, NOTHING....First sign of rudeness and bad customer service. If someone doesn't greet me, that's already a big no no & red flag. She starts scanning the codes and taking the packages, all this while she looks annoyed, like we're bothering her. After a few scans she tells him, "can you turn up your brightness." But with attitude. Once he noticed there were 2 people in line he told her that was it and we ended up going to the kiosk to do it ourselves. While we're at the kiosk when people would come in she would say, "Welcome." But not in a friendly way or ready to help. An older lady came in, went to the counter, said hello and tried to make small talk with the associate. The associate didn't greet her or go along with the small talk. No smile, nothing. I felt bad for the lady. Then other people start coming in and all of a sudden her attitude changes. She starts greeting them by name, asking how they're doing and being all nice. The other associate in the back also comes to the counter and starts small talk with one of those customers. I was like, wow. So now you know, if you come in here, just get straight to business, don't expect friendliness and good customer service....unless you are a regular & they know you. Unfortunately, this one is about 4 min from where I live, but won't be coming here anymore. Don't want to go somewhere where I feel like I'm bothering them and feel rushed. I'll drive the extra 5 min to the Woodburry location. Nicer, cleaner and better customer service.

We did walkins for passport photos and was in and out within like 10-15 minutes (depending on how many people they're helping before you get there). For TSA pre-check we were going to do a walk-in due to the site having issues but noticed they didn't do walk-ins but the guy working that day said he can probably help us out. He went as far as check the site to see if it was down and we got lucky that it wasn't! We filled out the application on our phone and immediately got helped afterwards. Was in and out for TSA pre-check stuff in also 10-15 minutes. Recommend coming here for passport photos, TSA-precheck and other needs.

No, I am not a manager of a UPS Store, but I have worked in some form of customer service for several years, and I do know that if a customer arrives before the posted closing time, they should be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Closing early and then being rude to a customer who arrived during business hours is unacceptable. At minimum, this location should honor its posted hours and train its staff on how to handle customers respectfully.

You can renew as often as needed. 24-hour mailbox is convenient and the door to entry is locked with a security code. Parking is available in the street and in the back of the location, NOT in the driveway (there are signs that state this clearly). Service is excellent.
