Went to this location about an hour or two ago and noticed how customer service changed between new…read morecustomers and I'm assuming their regulars. So if you're new here, like me, don't expect good, welcoming and friendly service. When it was my turn I said hello to the associate, gave her my package and she scanned my phone, and gave me my receipt. Then it was my boyfriend's turn after. He said, "Hello, sorry I have a lot." She didn't say anything, no hello, no it's okay, how can I help, NOTHING....First sign of rudeness and bad customer service. If someone doesn't greet me, that's already a big no no & red flag. She starts scanning the codes and taking the packages, all this while she looks annoyed, like we're bothering her. After a few scans she tells him, "can you turn up your brightness." But with attitude. Once he noticed there were 2 people in line he told her that was it and we ended up going to the kiosk to do it ourselves. While we're at the kiosk when people would come in she would say, "Welcome." But not in a friendly way or ready to help. An older lady came in, went to the counter, said hello and tried to make small talk with the associate. The associate didn't greet her or go along with the small talk. No smile, nothing. I felt bad for the lady. Then other people start coming in and all of a sudden her attitude changes. She starts greeting them by name, asking how they're doing and being all nice. The other associate in the back also comes to the counter and starts small talk with one of those customers. I was like, wow. So now you know, if you come in here, just get straight to business, don't expect friendliness and good customer service....unless you are a regular & they know you. Unfortunately, this one is about 4 min from where I live, but won't be coming here anymore. Don't want to go somewhere where I feel like I'm bothering them and feel rushed. I'll drive the extra 5 min to the Woodburry location. Nicer, cleaner and better customer service.

I've been coming to this PostalAnnex for years whenever I need to mail something internationally. I've also had passport photos taken here and even renewed my passport through them. Every single experience has been smooth, and everyone has always been friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Jamie. She is absolutely amazing! Her customer service has been consistently outstanding over the years, and she's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. It's so rare to find someone who is always so kind, super knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Because of her, I've referred several friends and family members here without hesitation. When I tried to address the issue, the staff was rude and dismissive. One employee even had the nerve to ask me whether I was a manager and whether I knew how to run a store. No, I am not a manager of a UPS Store, but I have worked in some form of customer service for several years, and I do know that if a customer arrives before the posted closing time, they should be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Closing early and then being rude to a customer who arrived during business hours is unacceptable. At minimum, this location should honor its posted hours and train its staff on how to handle customers respectfully.

You can renew as often as needed. 24-hour mailbox is convenient and the door to entry is locked with a security code. Parking is available in the street and in the back of the location, NOT in the driveway (there are signs that state this clearly). Service is excellent. I interacted with all of the workers here during the 3 months that I've had my mailbox and they're all friendly! I rode my motorcycle on the hottest day of the week to turn in my mailbox key, it was a painful goodbye :').
