Worst Customer Service. I went to do a FEDEX Drop Off. The owner first off reeks of cigarette smoke. Didn't offer to help me carry my big package. Then says he'd like to charge me $3.00 to tape up my box. The UPS store in Boat Canyon always helps with carrying boxes, always tapes up my boxes w/out charge & never smells like cigarettes! If I could do zero stars I would. This place is an overpriced mailing center w/zero customer service! read more

Back in 2011, I used to have a box at My Laguna Office when I was living on Oak Street. The owner was very friendly and I was sad when I had to move and close my box due to a career opportunity. Luckily enough, I found my way back to Laguna and wanted to go back to My Laguna Office , because of the good memories. I found out it had a new owner and was wondering if it would be the same. No, it wasn't the same, it had actually gotten better. The new owner, Lauren, is wonderful. I really appreciate her knowledge about shipping and amazing customer service. I am a local here in Laguna. I went in to print two (2) black and white pages from a flash-drive that I have. They charge $0.20/page to print. No big deal. I print my pages, and upon checkout the guy tells me I have to pay $3.00 for using the computer for 15 minutes. When I told him I was literally on the computer in front of him for less than 2 minutes, he told me it's not possible. He did not tell me of the charge beforehand. I will go to another business next time that does not nickel and dime their customers with cheap money-making scams. read more
