We went in with two oversized wall art pieces, and Monica made it seem like packaging and sending them was no big deal. I usually go to the UPS store down the street from this one on Marron Road, so here goes 2 reviews in one. Don't bother with that location! They are usually rude, charge me for stuff I should be paying for including the free Amazon labels. This store was patient, educated me, I had a number of items I was returning which usually end up forgotten in garage, they made the return to Amazon experience way easier! I think I'll start using them for all my shipping stuff. I know this review sounds fake haha, but I don't usually write them unless the experience was exceptional! This UPS Store is fantastic. The man who runs it (don't know his name) is an artist and the copying machines are his canvas. He can do things that seemed impossible. I needed some work done on enlarging something that was too big for the machines. This gentleman showed me how to disassemble the awkward shaped pages , copy them with maximum enlargement, then reassemble them in a smooth, seamless way. Then he laminated the whole thing. It was pretty amazing to watch him do this. I highly recommend this UPS Store. One of the best I've ever dealt witih. read more

Had to send out our Big Agnes Diamond 4 tent for some warranty work on the entry door zippers. This store is just down the road from the house, a we were in and out quickly. The tent was measured, weighed, and insured for a quick trip to Steamboat Springs. Very pleasant and easy transaction here. Visited this UPS Store in the early afternoon, and received prompt service. About 10 minutes to box, label, and pay for my shipping transaction. We will be back. read more

Needed a notary signature... charges between $15 and $20, so no real value there... but it's within the high side of the window, so go for the "convenience". I made an appointment. Given this is not my first time dealing with a UPS store, i called (twice) the morning of, to confirm my appointment. Rings about 6-rings then disconnects. As I already modified my morning work schedule, I decide to keep the appointment. I show up to learn the Notary called sick and "my boss tried to call everyone to cancel their appointments". Really? I didn't get a message, VM, phone call, email.. smoke signals... career pigeon... we clearly differ on the definition of "try". read more

Ten stars aren't enough for this store. Code and his lovely daughter are ALWAYS in good humor and really REALLY helpful. Code and I laugh because we always need his daughter's help with shipping labels that are on my IPhone. I come here for prints and usually I order online and it's a pretty quick and easy process. However, today I was having some trouble and had a huge printing job I needed to get done urgently and Mar came to the rescue. The customer service at this location is amazing, I called like 5 times today with questions and each time Mar gladly helped and had all the answers. I had come to this UPS location Sunday 4/16/23 normally I go to the other location further down 3miles but it was closed that day. I had no idea this location existed until I googled it. I was returning some shoes I bought from Amazon that were too small. The only sales associate working at UPS was Mar. As I entered 2 other customers were ahead of me. The guy who was before me had a few boxes to return but told Mar he can go ahead and help me since I only had one. Mar was very kind and professional and assisted me to email them my return barcode label. I got in and out very quickly even though Mar was all by himself he was amazing! I would recommend having another sales associate to work with him since it tend to get super busy and I felt bad he was all by himself as customers kept coming. I will come back to this UPS now that I know it exists plus had a great employee working and it is a lot closer to my home. read more

Do not use UPS Store for USPS Priority Mail. Called UPS Store before drop off and was told no fees for USPS Priority Mail drop off and no receipt would be provided. After drop off, lookup to verify price was way over USPS rate. United States Postal Service Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box is $8.45 and UPS Store charged $17.78 which is more than twice the price. If shipped via USPS Priority Mail then why am I paying UPS fees? Called back and was told this is UPS retail rate. Why not informed customer before the transactions? My mistake was trusting versus questioning the fees before paying. read more
