The Manager was super helpful when I needed two passport pictures: she let me in as soon as she saw me outside before opening time. I had stopped by the day before in the afternoon but we couldn't take photos because of lightning and shades in the photo area. Service at this store - where I've been coming for years - has always been very good, the assistance as well and the staff are friendly. Popped back in today to do a couple returns and was in and out super fast! Thank you!

I came into The UPS Store to drop off a package and was honestly shocked by the experience. I already had everything ready except for printing the shipping label, and they tried to charge me just to print it. I understand businesses have costs, but charging customers for something so small when they're already using your service feels excessive. What happened to basic customer service? A simple courtesy print would have gone a long way in building goodwill. Instead, it felt like nickel-and-diming. Pretty disappointing experience overall. I'll think twice before coming back.

Now he is extremely rude to his customers! I had an issue with a lost package. When I went in and asked for help tracking the package Chris became very rude!!!!! When I told him that he had just lost me as a customer he kicked me out of his store and told me to go f_ck my self. He did this in front of other customers!! Keep reading the other reviews. I dropped by this place, but they were closed. The last time I dropped off a package, they would…read morenot provide any kind of receipt because the cost of the paper was a cost. I used to buy things here, but my last experience, along with all the negative reviews, forced me to go to another shipping center 13 miles round trip from my house, even though this place is a few blocks away. I understand that business owners need to maximize revenues, but as a former marketing manager for a $60 billion company, I would suggest that customer service goes a long way toward building a brand and providing some complimentary services are just part of serving the public.

This is one of the UPS stores I go to most frequently. The staff is always super friendly and even…read moreif there is no line, instead of directing me to the self serve machine for returns, they call me over, which a lot of other stores do not, or ask you to use it. I don't typically purchase their services and more utilize for various returns that are pre-arranged, but it's always a breeze and they are well staffed and move quickly when busy too.

So I stopped coming to the UPS because every single time I come here there always seems to be an…read moreissue amongst the staff or helping me with returns/ shipping and, low and behold, there was BUT Yadira, made the experience a little bit better. It's a long story and though I will lean towards, it was mostly Amazon's fault, and at first nobody was interested in helping me except for a kind stranger, but after getting Amazon on the phone and finding my own solutions, Yadira stepped up. She overheard me talking to Amazon and was anticipating next steps like measuring my items finding a box for them and making sure I had all the receipts I needed to send to customer service. You wouldn't normally appreciate someone listening to your phone calls lol but I'm so grateful that she had the apprehension to do so. Super helpful, very grateful. I will also openly admit that frustration obviously almost overtook my attitude, but she did not change hers towards me, and I would publicly on yelp apologize to her and thank her for maintaining her attitude. Not my best moment and so many "little fires" is not an excuse. Anyway, Maybe I'll come back here again. (But if she's not here, no, I won't)
