Not only is it close and convenient, located at the Kapolei Marketplace (the same shopping center with Fun Factory), all of the staff members provide exceptional customer service. They are knowledgeable about the different services and products offered; making recommendations for shipping and double checking print orders to ensure accuracy are just two examples as to why I am a "regular" customer. On Tuesday 1/12/2016 I had stepped foot into the UPS Store out at the Kapolei Marketplace. I was greeted right away by the employees. I approached the counter in which one of the available female employees helped me out. I had to ship off a small box that contained my mom's old cellphone. This visit to the store was a quick drop off. Hand the employee the box. She weighs it and scans the tracking bar of the box. Employee then hands me a printed receipt. Employee was quick and efficient. Transaction was really fast. As I was ready to exit the store the greeting cards caught my eye. There were different pictures of animals on the birthday greeting cards. One of the cards had a picture of a pug dog with a empty fried chicken bucket. My first thought was: it's my friend F.C.'s birthday today. He'll get a kick out of this. The inside of the card says "Hope it's extra CRISPY. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!". I'll remember the next time I'm in the Kapolei Shopping Center to stop by at the UPS Store for some furry birthday greeting cards. I live in a digital world..as do most people these days. I rarely find myself needing to.print much...most techy things can be scanned from my phone. Or info is easily acessible from my phone, so I have chucked my printer at home years ago. BUT every now and then I really need to print something. Thr UPS store has some extremely good pricing to allow you to print stuff. Their computer usage is a flat fee...which is awesome! I have been to FedEx Kinkos and they charge you by the minute. And it seems like that clock adds on minutes. But the UPS Store has flat pricing and the cost to print from the computer is competively priced. This store is small and clean. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you need shipping supplies, they have them. However I dont think price wise the boxes are cheap...I can get boxes at other locations for less. Their shipping orices are competitive although I am huge fan of flat rate boxes from the post office. All in all...I will definitely come back and use their services again and again. read more

Before any misunderstandings, this facility located on 590 Farrington Hwy. Unit 524 The UPS STORE #4763 This store is just like other unnamed store graduated from GREED! Yesterday on Monday the 13th. 2020 I came to the store after a very tired day and just needed a human understanding and help! (What I got nice way to say it with out been any prejudice) A guy with a well tanned on the skin waited for me. It was 15 minutes before closing. I said OMG are you alone? He said "yes well!" I thing this was the only human kind conversation between us! I bought an open box with 3 items in it but the code only mentioned 1 item. He said something about might gonna have a problem which I said a tired voice the company of Amazon know about it! He gave me the proof ticket and said I will finish closing the box! I almost left and came back to the store to see my package! Surprisingly the box closed the way, between the two lids had about 1 inch gap and the tape barely reached end of the box! When I asked why the box closed like that? He said not very much explanation "this is the complementary tape he can give me" When I pointed on the gap he just shake his head and I slowly disappointedly walked out. Next morning as today Tuesday the 14th. 2020 after a good sleep I came back to get some explanation but only I got many times head shake from the guy and repeatedly says this is the company policy! I said about the greed and little bit human kindness, but in the store only me the who understand probably the meaning of the words! I know this doesn't sound like a complain but I hope the owner will read it and replacing minimum him with a robot AI because that would handling the situation much better than him! By far the worst UPS store I walked into, but first let me say this older lady with glasses and short blonde curly hair was amazing she helped me with the many questions I had with a smile. This girl had a bang and long pony tail. If I'm asking for help or asking a question be more alive and look like you want to be there, don't give me no look as if you hate your job because you gotta answer a question I asked remember you the one who applied to work here not me. I needed help with the printer so she stored my information on to the computer and I asked to make sure it get deleted by another lady politely ( the blonde curly hair one who was very nice) and the other one who did it, yells from across like I'll do it when I'm finish, what type of customer service is that, I laughed at all the excellent awards fronting like the business gives good service when actually it's horrible promoting that your great when you have rude employees is misleading. Oh let's not get to the notary lady, I wait 10 mins for her face to come back in the store. She comes up to me and I say Hi 1 sec just gotta check off something, her response you gotta hurry because Im going to go on lunch and then you going to have to wait for 30mins. Idk if that lady is a independent worker who comes in when she wants to do notaries but what I do know is, she needs to be re trained on how to speak to people, I will definitely let all my family know never to step foot in this location, if I'm not getting the respect I should when spending my money at this business, I will go to a Fedex office print & ship location at least they actually want to help you. Went in meeting a quick notary, and I was in a rush and the store manager CJ took care of me immediately, they were very helpful and processed everything for me quickly and I was out of there in no less than two or three minutes. There was another lady in the store at the time that was being pretty belligerent, and they handled her well, and tried to be polite while she was yelling at them because they wouldn't give her complementary packaging tape. Although there was a hiccup in the process she was able to inform me of the changes that had happened and helped me thoroughly with great customer service until she hung up the phone. Fast forward one day later I call to get an update and was met with a very rude individual who answered me with "idk what this persons talking about" and using words like "you didn't give her the right info". Excuse me? This person was rude and I won't drop a name but she's not the manager and didn't even hang up the phone when I told her "I'd like the update by today please" she said "SURE" and ATTEMPTED to hang up, imagine lol. Then she didn't hang up the phone and I could hear everything she was saying to her manager "this guys acting blah blah" save you the details. That's some bad attitude and there's no excuse for that. I called the UPS Store, and they patiently and calmly helped me track down the date and method of delivery. This is not the first time the employees have been rude they're rude majority of the time I go there. I wish Amazon wouldn't use UPS because the service is terrible. Hey definitely need to re-train these fools. Update 3/15/18 I went into this store again a couple days ago and I have to tell you, the girl who helped me was extremely pleasant. She greeted me, asked if I needed a receipt and she even helped me by securing my box with more tape. My only regret is that I didn't get her name. I had to look for a box to ship a weirdly shaped table and they found a box that fit everything and suggested an alternate solution if the first try didn't work (it was a refund to Amazon). I've only ever come into this location to get things faxed. I think that this location would greatly benefit from having at least 3 people staff the counter. I've been in here at least 8 times to fax off just a single document each time and there's usually one 1 or 2 people. Even with 2, the lines tend to go a tad slow. It's understandable because some transactions require more time and paperwork to complete. Just be prepared to be patient. The people do work as quickly as they can while not rushing their customers so I do appreciate the attention to detail. Staff is always very friendly and the store appearance has always been tidy and clean. I'll definitely continue coming back for my faxing and specialty mailing needs. read more

Love this store! We pulled up to this UPS Store knowing that it could be considerably more to ship our Christmas gifts from there, but at that point, we were willing to take the chance to avoid the hassle of standing in line and being around annoying people. There were only 2 people ahead of us and they were helped quickly. Long story short, our box was just over the dimensions that would have allowed us to ship for a lower cost. The very nice lady said that if our box wasn't full to the top, she could cut it down to the right size, tape it back up, and ship it at the lower cost. HELL YEAH!! We didn't even know they could do that! It was just a bit more than what shipping would have been through USPS, but the box got to my in-law's well before Christmas and everything inside was just fine. read more

Printing at this location is soooo expensive compared to FedEx at Pearl City. FedEx has 'Self-Service' machines and one black & white copy costs ONLY 13 cents.
