Like others have said, charges for everything. I have gone to many UPS stores with my Amazon return and they never ever charged me two dollars to tape a box instead of paying it I bought a thing of tape and taped it myself in front of the employee. That is not smart customer service. I will never go there again for anything. I could never bring myself to charge someone two dollars for 14 inches of tape and one second of my time. After checking with Amazon, they clearly showed that if you go to a UPS store, you do not have to pack or tape your item. see picture below. It only says if you go to UPS it has to be boxed and taped. clearly this UPS store need to read the rules or stop allowing Amazon returns because I'm sure they're getting paid by Amazon to do all of this.

The open sign they were in too big a hurry to shut off when the closed early leaving me standing out the door.

They should really make ups reserved parking spaces in the front for their costumers. Carry 40 pound boxes half of the parking lot, not cool

He did not tell me that it's $.99 a mile and despite me having insurance and telling him twice he still charged me for insurance. He kept trying to call my emergency contact and when I asked why he needs to call her if there is no emergency? He tells me "yeah yeah I don't wanna be weird, you trust worthy right?" He got mad at a delivery driver for literally no reason. And he scare the hell out of me cause he seemed like he was on drugs. He tried to drive me himself and said he's almost off work. I told him no. He opened my passenger door and tried to pet my dog without permission. It was all so weird. If I had a ride I would have went somewhere else. For one day, my U-Haul charge was $519 and I used it for one day from VEGAS to Barstow. And paid $115 for the gas in total. Here is a photo of my last U-Haul I rented from a much much better place and they charged me $488 for 3 days. I went from Vegas to Orange County California to Pomona, back to Cali, and then back to Vegas.

I am only giving it one star but really they don't deserve ANY. I dropped off a small package on a…read moreFriday. I paid almost $19 for pkg to be sent to Utah. Recipient did not receive it as of THURS although he assured me it will arrive in Provo MOn or Tues at the latest. So I went directly back and I asked for the tracking number. He (he said his name was Kenny Smith...) showed me on the monitor that it was "IN TRANSIT". HOWEVER, when I went home and punched in the numbers for Fedex to track it was not available. I called Fedex TWICE. They did an address search and there is NO record of my pkg nor that tracking number. I called Kenny again. He couldn't even tell me WHEN the pkg was picked up. I was at least hoping they were lying and that the pkg was JUST picked up and was still in the truck which is why no record was showing but he could not tell me or will not tell me when it was picked up. He said he was not working Mon or Tues so he doesn't know. (!) I asked about the discrepancy and he said he will call Fedex and that I should call back in 10 minutes. I gave him 15. When I called back, I could barely understand what he was saying because I could tell he was trying to dodge my questions ie "When was it picked up?" or "Don't you get a receipt from Fedex from the address label that you make"? I asked if there was anyone I can talk to and he gave me the name of the owner and wouldn't tell me how to reach her. He didn't even know how to spell her name. I am upset. The boxes contained 200 wedding invitations that were individually addressed. I am VERY upset. It would have been best to just be honest and tell me WHEN or IF it was picked up so I can at least know exactly where the pkg is. As of now, I still don't know what happened. I am sick to my stomach. I will NEVER do business with this entity again. THey are unprofessional. Plus the man has his little girl assisting him. That is NOT how you run a business. Disgusted. POSTSCRIPT: AFTER A WEEK, the owner called me and told me she would get to the bottom of it. Within a couple of hours, I was able to track the pkg on the Fedex website. The owner tried to represent to me that the pkg was picked up. THE TRUTH of the matter is, Fedex SCANS each pkg on every point so that the pkg is trackable. So if the pkg is not on their system, it simply was NOT picked up. This means that my pkg SAT IN THEIR OFFICE for a week. I don't know why. But a previous review had the same problem just 2 weeks prior to my incident. THEY ARE LIARS and tried to cover their butts. AND they did not even offer to give me my money back since so much damage was already done. (Since the pkg contained wedding invitations we had to reorder 200 more since time was not on our side...) I am so disgusted with them. DO NOT drop off your package here. if you do, ASK FOR THE LABEL RECEIPT and actually MAKE them print and attach the labels on your package. That is how its' done.

I asked the lady if the shadows were okay, the lady said it should be fine. The next couple days, we had our passport appointment and our photos got rejected because of the shadows. I called, asked for a refund and the lady said the owners declined and asked to do a retake but we were already at the post office processing our documents. She even added, I only take care of the packages, not pictures.... Um ok? So why even take our picture then. Overall, the customer service I received was not satisfactory at the end and I don't recommend Postal King for passport photos. If I knew, I would've just did it at the postal office, it's cheaper!

Wanted to give this small business a chance, but they are crooks. The only resolution from postal king was to retake the photos, but we were already at our passport appointment, and could not reschedule, the next available appointment was months out. So I had no choice but to retake the photos at the post office. Also, postal king charges $18 + tax per photo. The post office is $15 no tax. Walgreens is also $15. I would not recommend this place. They only want your money.
