I didn't even have a physical mailbox but was fine paying that rate. After the new owner took over, it jumped to over $200 -- more than double -- with no explanation and no added value. It feels like pure price gouging. To make it worse, I renewed early, then realized I didn't want to continue and asked to cancel before my actual renewal date. She refused. Customers should be aware that the current management's pricing practices and policies are vastly different from Tony's and do not reflect the same integrity or customer care. I hate that I'm now stuck for another year having to come in and see her face any time I get mail.

I remained calm and even offered to go to another employee. Instead of handling it professionally, she snapped and tried to blame me. This is my go to UPS location to do all my Amazon returns & boy do I always seem to have a lot of…read morethem! lol So much I'm a familiar face here & got to know one of the employees named Chris. He's always so nice, quick to scan all my Amazon returns as sometimes I do show up with several packages. We usually have small chit chat. There's another familiar face that I see a lot of but I don't know her name. She's a younger, blonde female & I think she's the manager. I do see lots of new familiar faces at other times. Not sure if they float over from other locations but I always prefer to deal with Chris. There have been times I've dropped off letters to go out in the mail but they take a little longer than the post office as this isn't their main service.
