This store was renovated and no longer looks straight out of the 90's, which is a very good thing. Not that I didn't like the blast from the past, but I appreciate the modern aspects that have been incorporated here. Walking in, there are now mailboxes directly on the right hand side, no more weird open space with sad office supplies for sale. The counter is in a place that is more conducive to a line, so I'm sure there will be much less confusion now. The look is clean and bright, with a nice blue color palette. Walking in, the person working the counter, who I've never seen here before, was super friendly, helpful and informative. Such a dramatic change from the curmudgeons I usually deal with there. The best part? If you're coming to return an Amazon item, there is now a self service station right by the front door that is simple and easy to use. read more

Always very busy store! Be prepared to wait in line! But employees are always working hard, and everyone is being helpful. I always come here for the Notary Service and they have a Notary in the store all the time. I have to say that because I don't always have luck finding a Notary Service in other stores as advertised, due to the shortage or lack of service! Prices are much higher than used to be, but there is nothing we can do about it. First signature is $15 and second signature for the same document is $7 (or at least it supposed to be) but it varies depending who's working. Regardless, I am happy to find a place where I can get the job done! read more

Saw the bad reviews and just hoped for the best. Every company deserves a chance! I just moved to this side of town, this location is the closest to my home and I sell items online for work. I have frequented many other UPS' throughout town & it's always been a pleasant experience with kind, educated, and easy-going staff. This one, however, was a bit rough. Starting off, The lights up against the glass windows/doors, as you can see for the signs, are OFF, so when I first drove up, I did actually think they were closed. I came in 20 mins prior to closing, with the easiest QR code scannings, nothing that takes more than 5 mins (total) with the 3 items I needed to ship out. No one greeted me, and other people who came in were ignored by what I assume was a worker to the side, loading boxes onto a Dolley, it could've been a client, I cannot be sure about that. The man behind the counter came up from the back, and he was immediately unpleasant, and had a terrible attitude, unfortunately. (Maybe because it was 20 to close? If so, I apologize for coming so close to closing) I still do believe you should be kind to all clientele/people. I said, "hello!:) I've got a few items to ship out :) " with a smile on my face, being very kind and almost apologetic since I could cut the tension with a knife. The man behind the counter looked beyond ANNOYED and said, "Just a few, huh...?" (I am 4"10, and I had 3 boxes in one box, I'm sure it looked like way more than that, but even when he learned there was only 3, he still seemed annoyed) It made me feel so awkward and uncomfortable as if I had done something wrong for being there or giving this UPS my business. With each QR code I gave him, he just seemed more annoyed/impatient. He didn't say a word, and my small talk while he scanned to pass the time was simply ignored. I will be going out of my way to a UPS a bit away from my home, since I cannot imagine going to this place multiple times a week/month to be treated like a burden. 2/5 stars because at least I did get the items scanned and shipped out, which is the overall objective. Won't be returning, just too poor of a first impression. I do wish the staff/this store the best, and I do hope to be able to utilize this place with reciprocated kindness (eventually) read more

I went there at 4:25 on 8/29 and young lady said the Guy that does the notary is not in so I came back on 8/30 at 11:45 and the same girl said that the guy went out for a drink and she doesn't know why he isn't back as yet. Worst Customer Service. Don't waist your money. I my package delivered thru The UPS Store and paid extra to have it professionally wrapped since they were fragile pieces. Turned out they didn't even put tape on it. I called back and requested to speak to the manager Sheena turned out she's on vacation. I inquired to speak to the owner Nick and was told by his clerk Katie that he wasn't going to talk to me. I was very cleared that the packaging needed to be done properly evidently that didn't happened. I paid a lot of money for that delivery and on top of it for an extra service to end up with broken merchandise. Now the clerk is saying that she started the claim process but doesn't have the tracking number. If you need to send a package be careful. I spend a lot of money and nobody wants to face me or be responsible about it. I strongly suggest used another carrier. read more

Terrible experince, thinking it be safe to ship something here. I was wrong. It was denied twice when UPS tried to drop something here. It was sent back to the shipper. Something that should of taken two days is now going to take 2 weeks to get. It is something I needed now it will be late. 0 stars if you ask me. I was guaranteed a shipment and I was willing to pay anything for it to be next day or 1 day air. However I was told the best they could do to get it shipped faster was 2 day and they guaranteed a delivery by the following Monday or LATEST Tuesday but it was GUARANTEED. It wasn't delivered until THURSDAY. It was a very important package because it had military uniform items as well that were needed for a military event. Now it wasn't received until that Thursday and when I call to get refunded apparently it's my fault as the customer even though I was GUARANTEED a certain day and I was willing to pay overnight yet they charged me for a 2 day air delivery saying that's their "best" option and now I'm being told those aren't actually guaranteed and I'm screwed because they don't refund those. I should've gotten their names but the first girl was nice and then the man I talked to afterwards was completely rude and trust me I'm not a Karen and I was being nice and understanding myself. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. One of the employees, a big bald guy, actually gave me a dirty look, stares me down and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. First they didn't explain the cost of faxing services before faxing my documents. They then tried to charge me for long distance when the area code was different but the phone number was for a local business and the address for the business was local. I argued A) because they are charging more for long distance when no phone provider charges extra for long distance anymore, and B) because if they would have called the number they would have known it was a local number. I had to pay because they had already faxes my documents. I had to wait in the store for a confirmation sheet and felt uncomfortable and stayed on my phone so that nothing could happen. When I asked if there was a manager I could complain to I was told no. read more

I Can't believe this place it is not safe. UPS Store Employee Becky just tried to run my package over with her car that I had sitting next to my vehicle while I was unloading in front of the store. I waved at her and she did not stop so I knocked on her car to alert her that I was there as she was trying to back into a parking spot. She was extremely rude and proceeded to park in "her" spot anyway. She told me to never "F Word" touch her car. She did not give me much choice as I feared for my safety. Then She proceeded to lecture me about how cars have the right of way. Not so.. pedestrians do according to the law. Great way to treat your customers ... no way I feel safe coming back there. Some advice for Becky... when you wear your employers uniform when you come to work you represent the values and goodwill the UPS brand it trying to project. only one star as I had to. Manager is awful, I took a package in to be shipped, I had used their online calculator to estimate costs of $55, when I got there she charged me $205. I asked why it would be so much differant and was told that's just what it costs. This stayed with me and I contacted their main office, they looked at the details and said it was wrong, I had been overcharged $120. It took the Manager over 2 weeks to contact me for the refund, when I went in, she did not even have the business sense to apologize, she just wanted me out of the store. I run a business that spends thousands a year on shipping, Fedex will now get my account. Do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this place. read more

I have had a mailbox with this UPS store for many years and I would recommend them. The customer service at this location is excellent! During the holidays I have used many of their other services because I did not want to wait in the long lines at the post office to ship a package or buy stamps.
