I come to this UPS often for a variety of services: Amazon returns, shipping, notary, all kinds of stuff. The person that helps me is usually Sean. He's very nice and professional. He takes his time to make sure everything is correct, especially on notaries, which I appreciate. But the reason I like this UPS store the most is because Sean goes above and beyond. I had to next day air some documents. Unfortunately the documents arrived 2 days instead of 1. Sean contacted the end-of-line shipper to see what happened, and submitted a claim for me to get a refund on my shipping! I didn't even ask him to do this. He called me to let me know he had done this. You just don't get customer service like that anymore! read more

This is quite possibly the worst UPS store in California. I have never experienced such bad service. If you're trying to do an Amazon return, this guy makes it virtually impossible. If you box it, there's a problem if you're trying to send it back in the same packaging that Amazon has sent it in its a problem. I have actually never been here without there being a problem for me or other customers. This guy is just full of problems. He treats customers like garbage. read more

I would like to commend Sean at the UPS Foothill Ranch location. I arrived at 6:35 with three large Amazon returns that I needed to get out. Store closed at 6:30 but Sean opened the door took my boxes and gave me the e-mail address so I could send the QR codes. Sent them to Sean and by 8:30 the next day I had the confirmation with an image of the receipt. Much appreciated Sean thank you for your dedication and customer service. read more

I went to this UPS store for a LiveScan fingerprinting and it was very easy and fast. I called to make an appointment and they had many openings that same day. I always have a great experience at this UPS location. I send packages for UPS and USPS, return Amazon items when needed, and I even renewed my passport and took passport photos for my whole family. Had the most unpleasant experience. In the past the staff have been overly accommodating-unfortunately this time was not the same, and by the manager nonetheless. Had a simple Amazon return. They charged me for taping the box shut (not even a box I bought there, but one I had brought there). The manager also asked that my boyfriend remark his truck so that he was lined up properly in the parking lot-so unnecessary. Needless to say, there are plenty of other option for shipping and will definitely be supporting those places rather than this location. read more

I visit this UPS store frequently sometimes once a week to return Amazon packages. Most times there is no line. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and patient. They do go out of there way to accommodate you as much as they can and help you out. I have visited other UPS stores and the friendly was doesn't compare. read more

Terrible customer service when it comes to Amazon returns. Had about 4 returns with the 'do not box or label' option given by Amazon. The person helping me grumbled the entire time about how ups is not Amazon and they have a lot to do in the back and can't process Amazon returns all day. Note that there was no one in the store and when I came in and the person was wiping down the counters and did not remotely seem to be busy or have 'a lot to do in the back'. Sir, it is not my responsibility to cater to your wishes about what your hang ups are with Amazon and ups return services. read more

He can always provide advices with effective solution to what I asked for! We also shared stories in one of the occasions. I absolutely liked how Sean helped me with the notary service today. I tried to enter the UPS store right when they were closing. I was probably there a minute or two after their closing time (3 PM). They let me in even though it was past 3 PM and it was really nice of them to help me notarize a document. Sean was extremely friendly as he was carrying out the service. I have also used this store to drop off amazon packages in the past and they were always nice and quick. Best customer service!! read more

I wish I read these reviews before I went there, this place has horrible customer service. The first time I was there to drop off a package I was returning (not amazon). I have never done this so I didn't know what was needed. The older gentleman Sean proceeded to lecture, not tell me but lecture, me about what I had to do for next time. I thought, ok maybe he's just having a rough day because it was quite busy. I gave them and him the benefit of the doubt. I went back today to drop off another return (bot amazon) and 3 amazon packages. I did as he initially instructed for the nonamazon package but apparently I should have taped the label better because it could tear (he proceeded to show me by tearing a piece off the return label). Next he started to ask me why I sealed the amazon bags and now he has to open one up and put 2 items together since they share the same label. I said I thought it was what I had to do. He then proceeded to lecture me again about how to do things and as he was lecturing me he was slamming the lavels on my items and pretty much letting me know how displeased he was to help me out. Made me feel pretty embarrased, but as I was walking away I realized, maybe he just needs to do a different job and not be in the front. If he owns this place then maybe hire more people and just be in the back office. Anyway, I think I'll look for a different UPS store next time. read more

I come here.. A LOT. And interact with Sean every time, he is great. Even if there's a line I'm usually in and out less than 5 minutes he takes care of everyone quickly while still providing great service. I see a lot of posts of people complaining about TAPE. Go to the dollar tree and get yourself your own roll, it shouldn't be UPS' responsibility to tape up everyone's items for FREE, this is a BUSINESS. All these people saying "it's just one box" ok well multiply that by the surplus of people who use that excuse, it adds up. Scott, the manager, was speedy and helpful with our shipping and getting us checked in for the notary service. And Sean, the public notary, was courteous and humorous, cracking jokes here and there and giving us helpful tips and overall, livening up our day! Yes, we had to wait a bit for Sean to be available, but they are a small staff. And he was just trying to answer any questions and concerns of his current customer. They are trying to make sure that each customer is given sufficient time and a satisfied experience rather than trying to rush customers and maximize profit over service. Not all retail people only care about money. The best ones care about genuine human interaction and building a relationship, business and/or personal. If you don't like that or just want a robot kiosk, then go somewhere else. I will definitely come back for future services. read more

If I could give it a zero would. The this was a couple of months ago. The franchisee / operator is so rude and hates processing Amazon returns. He is in customer service. I was chatting with a friend I ran into at the store and he yelled at us to be quiet. What? We weren't talking loud to begin with and there was a long line. Then he complained that "these Amazon returns take too much away from his time". I tried to call Corporate but it seems they don't care as no one called me back despite several follow ups. Super cheap owner who doesn't want to earn customers. I asked for 1 piece of tape and he wanted me to buy a whole roll. He could not give me 6 inches of tape. It was a misunderstanding with my label. It was supposed to include packing but when he scanned it it said "print label only" l showed him on my return email that shows it was supposed to include packaging. He still would not give me 1 pi ce of tape to close the box I brought it in. Go to a different store who appreciates their customers. read more

I always choose this location over the closer one to my house due to better parking and excellent customer service. Shawn and Scott always help me with my needs in a quick manner even if they are busy. They are both friendly! Shawn is great when I bring my kids in as well and always gives them a stamp. Sick of this place. As an Amazon return location, my Amazon instructions said I didn't need a box and didn't need packaging. I take the label and the part (in a small open box for their convenience), and the guy tells me it needs to be taped. I explain the instructions and it doesn't matter. He's not taking it. I say ok, can I grab some tape and comply? He want's $3 or 5 to do it. This has happened before there, and I'm completely UNHAPPY about their assistance. I owned a successful business for 21 years before selling, and I'd have never turned a customer away for 3 cents worth of tape.... especially if the customer WAS following Amazon's instructions. Three of us in line.... two of us left unhappy. I'll be looking for an alternative in the future. VERY poor service in my opinion. read more

This has got to be one of the rudest and most unfriendly UPS store locations that I have ever been to. The same unpleasant guy is always working, he's unhelpful, condescending, and when I asked about purchasing a mailbox from him he was so short and rude that I left. I would advise anybody looking for business services to look elsewhere as you do not want to do business with this guy.
