Kevin made sure I had all the proper paperwork for my shipment and told me I was potentially missing a proper label. He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. It looked like a well stocked location and with the friendly service, I'd be happy to do business here again. 10/10 positive experience.

I agree service can be slow, but no slower than the local UPS shop. Plus they are more organized here when holding packages than the UPS shop tends to be. She gave me a quote for 96$ for international shipping which is just $77 even they pick the package from your home. Don't get duped like me and only ship from authentic DHL and FedEx locations.

He assisted me in choosing the right box for all of the items, taped it up and placed my label on it. Even with several customers in the store, he was able to assist everyone in a timely fashion. The store was very clean and there was a bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter. If customers were too close to each other, he did ask for them to distance themselves. He seemed to have good rapport with the regulars and even the mail man that came to drop off mail for the PO Boxes inside. There was also an Amazon locker there.
