I found this unpleasant as no other shipper out there has harassed me for an ID, a signed form, THEN payment. This isn't my first box of glass from WV, its my 5th, and all the other containing much much more glass were half the price to ship....

Seriously, I could not say enough good things about how Hassan and his team helped me navigate the process of obtaining compensation for damage during shipping. Without a doubt, I will continue to use this business every chance I get. Even though I had purchased insurance, Hassan had the foresight to proactively take pictures of the package as it left his store on the carrier's truck. Through this single action alone, I was able to prove the package was in good condition at the start of its journey -- quite unlike its state at the end of the journey! It was insured for full value, and the damage required it to be shipped back to me, repaired and retested, and then reshipped to my customer. The Manager at the store fought me all the way, and the UPS Capital insurance carrier refused to pay for the damage and the cost of shipping and insuring the system from and then back to my customer at a net loss to me of ~$2000.00 plus my time. Based on the way I was treated I will never use this store again.
