My only complaint would be that there is often no one at the cash register. Then I notice that the light is not on and I have to walk over to the copy desk to get checked out.

It was insured for full value, and the damage required it to be shipped back to me, repaired and retested, and then reshipped to my customer. The Manager at the store fought me all the way, and the UPS Capital insurance carrier refused to pay for the damage and the cost of shipping and insuring the system from and then back to my customer at a net loss to me of ~$2000.00 plus my time.
