The warranty company sent this business out to diagnose and repair my dryer. I had to pay $107.00 for this visit. They came the first time and told me I needed a few parts and for the dryer to be cleaned out from lint. They told my son, I needed to have this done before they would come out and fix it. My husband spent a whole evening vacuuming the lint from around the drum and out. When I called them to tell them that the lint was cleaned out, they told me I voided my warranty by doing this myself. They told me it would cost $75.00 to clean the lint and was not covered by my warranty. The lint should not have been an issue in the responsibility they had of my dryer repair. I should have signed a waiver that they noted the lint and would have no responsibility of a possible lint fire in my home. The lint had nothing to do with their responsibility of repairing the dryer. I called them to let then know the lint was cleaned and to schedule the repair. He told me there would be a charge of $75 when he arrived. I asked him, what for?, since my husband cleaned the dryer himself. He said he would have to check with his regional manager to see if the charge could be removed....what? they didn't do anything. They showed up at my door when scheduled, but his business manager, Jessica was introduced to me. Why is the business manager with him, I already knew we had a problem. He went up and took the dryer panel off and claimed the lint was still there and shut it up and said, we are out of here. I told him if it still needed cleaned he had my permission to clean it and I would pay the $75...I have been without a dryer for a week now. He ran down my stairs, opened the door and demanded the business manager to leave with him, and he closed the door and again said, he was out of here. I noticed also that they weren't even in a company vehicle or anything that proved to me that they were from a repair company. I looked them up on line after they left to see that they have a one star rating. My opinion is this company is ripping off warranty companies by taking their service money and not completing the work. Please DO NOT support this business as you will be scammed.

I have used this business 3 times to fix minor hardware relates computer issues and never had a…read moreproblem. This last time I took my same computer in, with what seemed to be hardware issues again. After 3 days I hadn't heard back, so I called to see what the issues were. He said he was still running a program to fix issues. I was told 2 days later I could pick my computer up and it was $150! (I was not provided an estimate.) I was not thrilled considering this computer is 5 years old, but I was happy it was "fixed". Got home plugged it in and it took 10 minutes just to start up. Everything from there was freezing. So I called the store and was told that I needed to delete my Adobe Creative Cloud programs all together to get the computer to work. The programs were working fine and I need them to run my business, but I did it and the computer still didn't work. I called Estes, Sam (owner) answered, listened, gave what he thought the problem might be but assured me that whatever the problem was he could repair it. He gave me a window of arrival time that afternoon saying that he would call me when he was on his way. He called, arrived, took a few minutes to check the refrigerator and gave me his diagnosis. It was a relatively simple problem which he repaired in about an hour. While he was working he explained why that problem happened and recommended that if it happens again within a few years we should consider replacing our refrigerator with another brand. He explained why he suggested not replacing our refrigerator with the same brand due to it's inherent design deficiencies. I found them here on Yelp and was *really* worried that I was going to get hosed because I hadn't sought local recommendations from friends. I called and asked the receptionist to ask the plumbers not to ring the doorbell because I had two napping babies. They came easily within an hour on a Friday afternoon and knocked super lightly, and one of them told me he had two twin daughters and completely understood my sensitivity. They got to work quickly, telling me my water pressure had corroded the inside of my faucet and that it'd need to be replaced. They didn't have a replacement handy that'd have fit my sink setup but if I could get one they'd install it. (Using terms I could understand!) They even helped me look on Home Depot's website to make sure that the one I'd order would work. I had no way of getting to Home Depot with two babies napping so soundly -- priorities! -- and so they spoke with their manager who said they'd not bill me for the service charge if I have them come back and be the ones to install the new fixture. They'd only charge me for labor / parts for installing it. Problem solved, husband will be pleased with the $ situation, and babies still napping. ONE HAPPY MOM HERE, PEOPLE!
