I will bring in my iPad Pro for him to replace the usbc port that was half working. I highly recommend John. Extremely professional and extremely nice. I've visited so many of these cellular repair shops and they either rip you off or charge you an arm and a leg. Not this guy. I highly recommend anybody from MOCO and Fredrick area to go to this guy because he stands by his business and is a good man. I have nothing to say other than all positives. He is a 10/10! My iPad wouldn't charge but he explained it still works but I would have to need to replace it eventually which I will with John. Thank you sir. I will see you again.

Debbie was very professional, once we got payment and schedule worked out but not afterwards. She…read morewas slow to respond to emails and texts and doesn't always answer the phone or promptly reply to voice mail messages. Once payment and schedule were worked out, she came to our house and replaced the screen. As soon as she was done, she suspiciously left in a hurry. Later I checked my phone, and the back button wasn't working. Not in a hurry and not wanting to bother her, I waited a week and then contacted her about the problem. She wanted another $106 paid upfront to fix what she should have checked in the first place. My suspicion is that either a cable didn't get connected, or, in replacing the screen, a cable accidentally got cut. Either way, the back button was working before she touched the phone, and now it is not. And the back of the phone looks horrible, with the backing torn. Her shirt advertised a warranty. I asked her about it, and she no longer has a warranty, to which I say false advertising. Her website advertises prices, about half of what I paid for my specific phone. When I asked she gave some excuse. Again, false advertising. False advertising, difficult to work with, manipulative, miscommunication, non-communication, and didn't do the job correctly. But she does professionally work through some conflicts and send lengthy emails defending herself when necessary.

I had issues pringting off emails and internet pages. Problem solved. On my ancient laptop, I had wireless connectivity issues. Problem solved. He also installed anti-virus software on each computer. Hourly rate was competitive with other businesses I have contacted. Would recommend and call again if the need arises.

Came in without calling or making and appointment. Located off 40 (take the Middletown exit on 70 it's across from the Weis). I brought my iPhone in and was immediately helped (smile included). My phone was immediately priced out ($120 is not bad at all for an entire new screen and screen cover) and the repair was only to take an hour as a part was going to be delivered from their Gaithersburg location. I have a 14 and if they don't have the part for your phone it's nice they have another store they can access. Great experience, good price. Will be back as I drop my phone a lot. They have cases too!

Dropped it off Thursday afternoon and had it back within 24 hrs. I'd say less than 3 hours after dropping it off, they called to give me a price quote and idea of what needed to be done, asking for the okay before proceeding. They ran into additional issues, having to unexpectedly replace the hard drive, which they did, and stuck to the quote price not charging for the replacement part which I am so thankful for! Laptop is up and running smoothly and no files lost. I did lose one program (Adobe Photoshop) but all things considered, I'm really grateful for the timeliness, price and overall outcome. Paying less than $200 to repair my laptop as opposed to losing everything and starting anew paying $600+ for a new laptop was exactly what I wanted to do. My Tech delivered and I was not disappointed. Definitely recommend.
