He also treats his reoccurring customers nice and takes care of us with occasional discounts. I'm super clumsy so I've gotten the back of my phone fixed 3 times. This time he said my battery was swelling so that's why the back screen cracked. He offered to price match apple (for the battery) which was $89. So he gave me a new battery and replaced the back of the phone for $120. In total it was $209. You can also sell electronic devices and purchase them here as well. He has laptops, phones, etc.. Overall, I highly recommend this spot. He's deff competitive pricing for the area and he's kind!!

I first went to the Geek Squad in Frederick MD, charged me over 100.00 plus a recover disc, still had virus. I took my pc back several times, I finally gave up, lost my money, left with a computer with still the same problem. Frustrated, I was recommend by a friend who told me to give this company a try. The tech was able to get my computer up and running in no time. I did not have to keep calling them to check if my computer was fixed, nor had to drop it off. It was nice to be explained to what happened, and installation against malicious fake sites. They were patient, and treated me great. I was only charged after the found put what was wrong with my pc. Debbie was very professional, once we got payment and schedule worked out but not afterwards. She…read morewas slow to respond to emails and texts and doesn't always answer the phone or promptly reply to voice mail messages. Once payment and schedule were worked out, she came to our house and replaced the screen. As soon as she was done, she suspiciously left in a hurry. Later I checked my phone, and the back button wasn't working. Not in a hurry and not wanting to bother her, I waited a week and then contacted her about the problem. She wanted another $106 paid upfront to fix what she should have checked in the first place. My suspicion is that either a cable didn't get connected, or, in replacing the screen, a cable accidentally got cut. Either way, the back button was working before she touched the phone, and now it is not. And the back of the phone looks horrible, with the backing torn. Her shirt advertised a warranty. I asked her about it, and she no longer has a warranty, to which I say false advertising. Her website advertises prices, about half of what I paid for my specific phone. When I asked she gave some excuse. Again, false advertising. False advertising, difficult to work with, manipulative, miscommunication, non-communication, and didn't do the job correctly. But she does professionally work through some conflicts and send lengthy emails defending herself when necessary.

After a few days, he did not find anything wrong with it and explained that it could've easily just been my power supply that had overheated as I didn't have a working fan on it, but guaranteed that my PC was working just fine. He did not charge me for anything and was very honest and straightforward and very easy to talk to. Will definitely come back again. Try not to go to other PC repair places in the Area as most of them Charge you upfront before even looking into the issue, while others will also force you to purchase other things. Bottom line, if you want pure honest and personable PC repair place, come here.
