The windows have a layer of dirt I thought at first was "artificial snow" sprayed on the windows for the Christmas season but nope, it's dirt. It looks as if the floors haven't been moped in years. Disgusting!! The cashier was what I would describe as one who is lacking motivation and the ability to change currency without the assistance of the register. No math skills or people skills.

I'd say less than 3 hours after dropping it off, they called to give me a price quote and idea of what needed to be done, asking for the okay before proceeding. They ran into additional issues, having to unexpectedly replace the hard drive, which they did, and stuck to the quote price not charging for the replacement part which I am so thankful for! Laptop is up and running smoothly and no files lost. I did lose one program (Adobe Photoshop) but all things considered, I'm really grateful for the timeliness, price and overall outcome. Paying less than $200 to repair my laptop as opposed to losing everything and starting anew paying $600+ for a new laptop was exactly what I wanted to do. My Tech delivered and I was not disappointed. Definitely recommend.
