I was there at 10:30, they were open and he said it would take about an hour and a half. It took less than that and aside from some old white privileged jerk trying to jump in front of me and pressure the guy to work on his phone ahead of mine, the experience was great. Highly recommend Fair price Very convenient Thank you, you did what Apple made a big deal out of and lost our business.

Not a real PC repair shop. Shop is also a mess. I wouldn't trust them with personal information. Made me bring in my 8k PC in for nothing. Stick to fixing phone screens. Went to KMG computers in Inwood and they fixed issue within an hour.

The windows have a layer of dirt I thought at first was "artificial snow" sprayed on the windows for the Christmas season but nope, it's dirt. It looks as if the floors haven't been moped in years. Disgusting!! The cashier was what I would describe as one who is lacking motivation and the ability to change currency without the assistance of the register. No math skills or people skills.

Debbie was very professional, once we got payment and schedule worked out but not afterwards. She…read morewas slow to respond to emails and texts and doesn't always answer the phone or promptly reply to voice mail messages. Once payment and schedule were worked out, she came to our house and replaced the screen. As soon as she was done, she suspiciously left in a hurry. Later I checked my phone, and the back button wasn't working. Not in a hurry and not wanting to bother her, I waited a week and then contacted her about the problem. She wanted another $106 paid upfront to fix what she should have checked in the first place. My suspicion is that either a cable didn't get connected, or, in replacing the screen, a cable accidentally got cut. Either way, the back button was working before she touched the phone, and now it is not. And the back of the phone looks horrible, with the backing torn. Her shirt advertised a warranty. I asked her about it, and she no longer has a warranty, to which I say false advertising. Her website advertises prices, about half of what I paid for my specific phone. When I asked she gave some excuse. Again, false advertising. False advertising, difficult to work with, manipulative, miscommunication, non-communication, and didn't do the job correctly. But she does professionally work through some conflicts and send lengthy emails defending herself when necessary.

Dropped it off Thursday afternoon and had it back within 24 hrs. I'd say less than 3 hours after dropping it off, they called to give me a price quote and idea of what needed to be done, asking for the okay before proceeding. They ran into additional issues, having to unexpectedly replace the hard drive, which they did, and stuck to the quote price not charging for the replacement part which I am so thankful for! Laptop is up and running smoothly and no files lost. I did lose one program (Adobe Photoshop) but all things considered, I'm really grateful for the timeliness, price and overall outcome. Paying less than $200 to repair my laptop as opposed to losing everything and starting anew paying $600+ for a new laptop was exactly what I wanted to do. My Tech delivered and I was not disappointed. Definitely recommend.
