Coming in here I already knew what I was going to grab, I just needed to get the layout of the store to get me to where I needed to go. Once I got my bearings I was on my way to saving me some cash. The only problem I had here was finding a free associate to open a case for me. It took me a while to track someone in the blue shirt down. When I finally did find someone, I had to wait a bit more. They were busy in here that day and I didn't mind the wait since I already knew what to get. After about ten minutes, I made my way to remind them that I was waiting. They came to the case, opened it up and we headed to a register to check out. Even though there were busy, the associate was pleasant and chit chatted with me while making my purchase.

The windows have a layer of dirt I thought at first was "artificial snow" sprayed on the windows for the Christmas season but nope, it's dirt. It looks as if the floors haven't been moped in years. Disgusting!! The cashier was what I would describe as one who is lacking motivation and the ability to change currency without the assistance of the register. No math skills or people skills.

Debbie was very professional, once we got payment and schedule worked out but not afterwards. She…read morewas slow to respond to emails and texts and doesn't always answer the phone or promptly reply to voice mail messages. Once payment and schedule were worked out, she came to our house and replaced the screen. As soon as she was done, she suspiciously left in a hurry. Later I checked my phone, and the back button wasn't working. Not in a hurry and not wanting to bother her, I waited a week and then contacted her about the problem. She wanted another $106 paid upfront to fix what she should have checked in the first place. My suspicion is that either a cable didn't get connected, or, in replacing the screen, a cable accidentally got cut. Either way, the back button was working before she touched the phone, and now it is not. And the back of the phone looks horrible, with the backing torn. Her shirt advertised a warranty. I asked her about it, and she no longer has a warranty, to which I say false advertising. Her website advertises prices, about half of what I paid for my specific phone. When I asked she gave some excuse. Again, false advertising. False advertising, difficult to work with, manipulative, miscommunication, non-communication, and didn't do the job correctly. But she does professionally work through some conflicts and send lengthy emails defending herself when necessary.

Same for another business that advertised in the Journal. I contacted this business which advertised in the Buyers Guide and he was out doing errands and was able to come by same day. I had issues pringting off emails and internet pages. Problem solved. On my ancient laptop, I had wireless connectivity issues. Problem solved. He also installed anti-virus software on each computer. Hourly rate was competitive with other businesses I have contacted. Would recommend and call again if the need arises.
