I first called on a Saturday, but the "parts guy" doesn't work weekends, so I had to call back. When I order the parts, on the following Monday, I was told the parts would be in on Friday and I would be called when they arrived. When I called around noon on the following Monday they said the parts would be on the truck coming that afternoon, and they would call as soon as it arrived. I went by the store just after noon today, two days later, and I'm told the truck would be in this afternoon around 2:30 and I would receive a call when it got there. It's now after 5:40pm, no call... and they close at 6pm. UPDATE I received a call the following morning. When I went to pick the parts up, they were the wrong part. When I originally placed the order I knew the part for my chainsaw was a variant, not the standard one. Because of this, I gave them the exact part number from the specific service manual for my variant machine... and yet, they still ordered the wrong part. Customer Service Tip #2: If a customer gives you a specific part number to order and it's not the standard, feel free to ask them to double check. But don't order the wrong part... Especially if you're not going to deliver in the time frame you promise.
