We highly recommend Wade and Pryor's Nursery to anyone looking to purchase privacy trees! A few months ago we decided it was time to cut down some dead trees and wanted to install privacy trees to replace them. We spent a lot of time researching where to get them and saw many great reviews for Pryor's Nursery. I reached out with some questions and Wade was wonderful at addressing everything. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is happy to take the time to answer any questions you may have. Their prices were also very reasonable compared to other nurseries we looked at. We ended up purchasing 33, 10-foot tall green giant arborvitae and had Pryor's install them for us. The crew showed up on the day of the install and the trees were lush and many feet larger than we expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. Wade and his crew did a phenomenal job. They were respectful and clean. The installed trees and mulch bed look better than we could have hoped. They even installed a drip line with an automatic timer to help water all the trees! The quality of my trees are amazing as was the delivery and planting. I could not be happier and learned a lot during the process. It is obvious my Giants were nurtured to there delivered size of 13+ feet. I ordered 9 trees 7 - 13 foot and 2 - 10 feet. All are healthy and acclimating perfectly. Pryor's Nursery installed 14 Leyland Cypress trees for me in Oct 2023 and installed another 15 trees in Apr 2024. The trees were very healthy and the ones installed in October have grown about one foot. The installation crew did a very good job installing, mulching and staking the trees, cleaning up when finished. This is our second time asking Wade Pryor for help with our small back yard. When other, older large trees bit the dust, Pryor's super healthy Nelly Stevens hollies provided immediate landscape fill. The first two trees he provided were 7 feet tall, but have grown to 11 feet in just three years. The two his guys planted yesterday are at least 10 feet tall and dense, too. Don't expect charm from Wade. What you get is great plants. The big trees seem expensive, but are a bargain for their size, health and the care of his crew. The owner gave us a quote quickly, but when I called back to ask questions, she quickly decided that their trees would not work for our space. Because I got other nurseries that gave me somewhat different information, I called back to clarify a few points with her--I was hoping to make a few changes in our landscaping in order to plant their trees. She was extremely rude and refused to explain anything further to me. She basically said that she doesn't have time to deal with me, considering the low likelihood to make things work.
