They asked what I wanted to get done and I explained I needed some things hung up at my work, they said "what?" so I repeated myself, and then I got a bunch of "uh" and "um" responses and I just hung up. Very unprofessional phone manners which doesn't make any sense when you're running a business. They called back a few minutes later and I didn't answer. If that's how they handle initial inquiries, when people are shopping around for other options, I can't imagine how they'd handle an actual job.

I'm guessing some of them got deported and others are hiding from immigration since every time we call they keep saying they can't talk and aren't in the state right now. I thought they were licensed and insured since they're an LLC and have a small showroom, but they must have some people that aren't here legally that work for them. And I'm sure that most of the people that do the actual labor and work are illegal since that's pretty common with construction and contractors and labor in general, since white people don't like to do that kind of work and are usually only owners and supervisors, and if they do then charge an arm and a leg. So I guess their whole labor force has either been deported or is in hiding. Also, Arturo made many mistakes when we sat down to revise our estimate. We had to go back and do it all over again since he didn't save his progress and also there were tons of misspelling. Either way, we have to look elsewhere now since they won't respond anymore.
