After buying my house and having trouble with electricity many times, I decided to get some professional help. I was introduced to this company by a friend. For the first visit, Francis came by to check and ask me what I wanted to get done. Once I decided what I wanted, he started the project by replacing all of the outlets because my old house had outdated gold-plated outlets. He relabeled my fuse box because the previous owner didn't not keep a good list of the labels. He installed more GFCI outlets as they would help you avoid electrocution. I wasn't aware that my house didn't have enough of these outlets, especially near the water (sink, bathroom). So you should definitely check when you buy a new house. Since I needed to install some outdoor cameras, he installed outlet and a great cover for the wire, so I can plug or unplug from inside the house. I also had him replace my ceiling light because the chandelier was not friendly to my tall friends (aka a lot of head bumps). The outlet with timer in the bathroom is my favorite. I usually forgot to turn off the fan so this is a great help. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work Francis did. He was professional and experienced. He also gave me tips about electricity that I didn't know. The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to everyone. read more

For the past 3mnths my electric has continuously went up. This past bill was 3x the amount it regularly is. I contacted Liberty Electrical Services explained what was going on and Frank the owner came out very quickly. I don't know anything about being an electrician but he told me he as going to check wiring etc to try to determine what was causing this spike. He wasn't able to find anything, recommended I call my electric company and charged me $275!! He was maybe here an hour at most. The next day I got an idea that I would cut off power to each thing from my box and check my meter to determine where all the power was coming from. I determined 100% it was my air handler. If I was able to come up with this idea why wasn't the owner of an electric company. He completely ripped me off. I called him to let him know that I wasn't too happy what he charged me if I was able to find the issue on my own. He acted like he could care less, why would he, he already took my hard earned $275! Frank is amazing! He is in high demand and there is a reason why! I called him in a panic on a Tuesday that our whole family room lost power somehow- he told me he would make it the next Monday to take a look. I went ahead and waited because I saw all of these high reviews and figured a quality professional was better than one that could come next day. Flash forward to Thursday night at 9pm my husband and I noticed I radon fan was also connected to the power that was out so I panicked because I have an infant and don't need radon fumes!
