A MUCH lower rated one was installed. When I realized it and questioned them, they sent over a tech to install the correct one, but wanted to charge me more. They said the owner I was speaking to didn't look at what my estimate was for when he was giving me information. Had I known what I was getting I would NOT have had it done. What they installed is 1/4 of the power of the one I was told I was getting. I was polite, but refused to pay more. I emailed the owner and heard nothing back, and to me that speaks volumes about how they do business
