He and his crew performed unnecessary work (as confirmed by a more reliable construction company). After being cut off multiple times on our brief conversation, he ended up hanging up on me mid-sentence, before I could explain the true location of the requested services. What a shame, missed out on potentially $1k-$1.5k worth of work. Being an experienced tradesperson is one thing and having common decency when speaking to potential customers is another, you need both. I am very happy he behaved like this BEFORE he was at my house doing work. Just like you have no time for your customers, I have no time for that behavior.
