Hot water was not working for kitchen faucet. Got a free diagnosis and they said they would…read morereplace supply line for $200. That was not the problem. The faucet had to be replaced. The price went from $200 to $460. The work that was done was good a price and was worth it. I could have bought the parts myself, but he didn't tell me that until after work was done. He also did not tell me that they only take cash or checks. I did specifically ask if they take debit cards and he said yes, but they do not take debit or credit cards. 2 stars is because if the original diagnosis was right, I would not have had the supply line replaced. Also, if I knew they did not take credit or debit cards I would have bought the parts myself and had the work done later. Communication and diagnosis could have been better.
