He tackled a particularly tricky job for me: mounting a shower seat securely onto a tile wall. Working with tile requires real precision and skill to avoid cracking or improper anchoring, and Dzevad did an exceptionally good job. The seat is rock-solid, neatly sealed, and installed perfectly. The installation hit a couple unforeseeable snags so the project was 3 days, but they made sure that we had heat. I also was able to meet several of their staff and was very impressed by their work ethic, knowledge and kindness. I had to call this week about a rattle I had never heard before. Kyle was here the NEXT morning. He spent several hours under my house and inside. He didn't "see" anything but removed and retightened possible causes. We waited for 2 cycles of the unit and we believe the rattle is gone. If not Kyle assured me that it would be fixed if it reappeared.
