Worst experience ever! The realtor overestimated the price by 100,000. We continued to ask to…read morereduce or do updates but were told no and that our updates were great and the house is wonderful. The responsiveness was not there, leaving us asking the same questions over and over with no response. After we moved we went back to the house twice and both times our doors were left unlocked and our house and possessions unprotected. We were lied to and there was no follow up. We finally went to the head broker Karl Weizecker and he was HORRIBLE to me. Our home went form not needing updates and great to (and I quote "your houser is a DUMP and SMELLS" from the head broker. He said the $100,000 estimate was based on agreed upon improvements was another lie. four people were present when our realtor chose the listing price and no updates (except for very minor that we did) were discussed. In fact no matter how many times we asked to reduce or do updates - we always were told it is priced right. Karl told us he "believed the realtor" (one out of the four people present) and not the three of us who were clients and it was the truth. I sent a 15 page document with proof of this and so much more but he did not reply and when he finally did (I'd have to ask my husband to write him or the realtor becasue they would only get back to him) he said he did not have time to read the "long" document. He told us to "go ahead" and go above his head. Probably because it is very difficult to find the owners name which is keith May keith.may@cottonwood.com who was professional however even when the owner was copied, Karl continued to insult us which leaves us wondering if the owner finds this unethical practice to be fine. DO not use this firm!!!! They will lie to get your business, leave your home open, and literally insult you. I still get chest pain thinking about how horrible Karl was to me - The buck does not stop at Karl or the owner - I would be remiss not to share becasue I wouldn't wish our experiences on anyone
